about a restaurant where you can indulge for a full 4 hours from its 

opening until closing time? And not to mention, they offer unlimited

我在台灣很少去吃到飽，除了個人飲食習慣之外，最主要是覺得在台灣

花錢去吃到飽餐廳，其實C/P值都不高。不過，到澳門的時候，吃到飽

餐廳卻會是我的選項，因為算一算在澳門的吃到飽餐廳，其實相對上來

說真的都經濟又實惠。今天要介紹給大家位於澳門喜來登酒店的

盛宴FEAST就是這樣的一家店。

In Taiwan, I rarely go to all-you-can-eat restaurants mainly because I feel

that they are not cost-effective, in addition to my personal dietary habits. 

However, when I visit Macau, all-you-can-eat restaurants become my 

option because they are relatively economical and practical. Today, I 

would like to introduce FEAST, located in the Sheraton Hotel in Macau, 

which is one of these restaurants.

FEAST盛宴是喜來登酒店的全球自助餐連鎖品牌。

FEAST by Sheraton is the global buffet chain brand of Sheraton hotels.

因為疫情趨緩澳門剛剛開放外國旅客觀光，所以目前餐廳僅於周末五至

日晚餐有營業。餐費成人每人MOP538，小人MOP269，折合台幣大人

約2100元左右，小人半價約1050元。目前餐廳剛好有推出CRAB BASH

的活動，也就是龍蝦、螃蟹單點吃到飽。我想先不用談其他菜色，光龍

蝦、螃蟹努力吃，點個幾次瞬間回本。

Due to the easing of the COVID-19 pandemic in Macau, foreign tourists

are now allowed to visit, but restaurants are only open for dinner on 

weekends(Friday to Sunday). The price for adults is MOP 538 per 

person,and for children it's MOP 269, which is roughly equivalent to 

NT$ 2,100 and NT$ 1,050, respectively. The restaurant is currently 

offering a CRAB BASH promotion, which allows customers to enjoy 

all-you-can-eat lobster and crab. If you focus solely on eating lobster and 

crab, you can easily break even after ordering just a few times.

用餐環境相當寬敞，取餐處在餐廳後端。因為這家餐廳超級搶手，建議

大家如果要來澳門玩想在這用餐，事先跟餐廳預約會比較保險喔。
The dining area is quite spacious, and the food pickup counter is located 

a the back of the restaurant. As this restaurant is extremely popular, it is 

recommended that anyone who wants to dine here in Macau should make 

a reservation with the restaurant in advance to ensure availability.

現場也備有十人圓桌，適合一家大小一起闔家光臨。

There is also a ten-person round table available on site, which is suitable 

for families to gather and dine together.

生菜沙拉區備有各式新鮮的蔬果，可以依個人喜好取用調味。

The lettuce salad station offers a variety of fresh vegetables and fruits for

individuals to choose from and season to their liking.

火腿檯備有四款香腸火腿，義式沙拉米、火雞腿片、煙燻鴨胸、以及開

心果火腿，基本上品質都算很不錯。
The ham table offers four types of sausages and ham, namely Italian 

salami, turkey leg slices, smoked duck breast, and pistachio ham. Overall, 

the quality is considered very good.

喜歡吃起司的朋友們也別錯過這個起司檯，各式起司可以搭配隔壁的麵

包一起吃。

For friends who love cheese, don't miss out on this cheese platter. Various 

types of cheese can be paired with the bread from next door.

熱菜部分現場備有中、西、粵、義、日式等等料理，種類看起來還不少，

每一樣的口感味道都相當到位。

The hot dishes section on site offers a variety of cuisines including Chinese, 

Western, Cantonese, Italian, Japanese, etc. There are plenty of options and 

each dish is well-prepared with great taste and flavor.

現場在這些自助餐點中，最吸睛的莫過於這一大籃龍蝦鉗讓客人隨意取

用。但這只是我剛剛前面說CRAB BASH的活動前奏，反正先一邊吃龍

蝦鉗，一邊讓我們繼續看下去嘿~~~

One of the most eye-catching items at the buffet is undoubtedly the l

arge basket of lobster claws, where guests can help themselves to as 

many as they want. However, that was just a prelude to 

the CRAB BASH event I mentioned earlier. So, while we continue to 

indulge in the lobster claws, let's keep reading!

既然是澳門五星級飯店的自助晚餐，現場現開的新鮮生蠔怎能不出現?

取餐方式是無限供應，但是一次一人只能取三顆。因為是人工一個一個

撬開，所以用餐尖峰時得顧慮到現場客人很多有此限制也情有可原。不

過這家店在打烊之前，其實菜色都會呈現持續供應的狀態，沒有因為接

進打烊就讓某些菜色盤內空空。這一點，也是台灣吃到飽餐廳讓我覺得

詬病的地方，常常都東西被拿光後就不補了，尤其是貴的!!

Since it's a buffet dinner at a five-star hotel in Macau, fresh oysters that 

are shucked on the spot must be present. The serving method is unlimited, 

but each person can only take three at a time. This is because they are 

shucked by hand one by one, so during peak dining hours, it is 

understandable that there is such a restriction for the on-site customers. 

However, this restaurant actually continues to supply all dishes until it 

closes, and it does not leave any dishes empty before closing time. This is 

also a point that I find fault with in Taiwan's all-you-can-eat restaurants, 

where often once the food is taken, it is not replenished, especially for the 

expensive dishes.

法國海螺、貽貝(黑青口、青口)一大盆滿滿的，讓你吃到痛風發作!

A large bowl full of French escargots and mussels (black-lipped and blue-

lipped) would make you have a gout attack if you were to eat them!

日式生魚片、壽司類現場也有供應。雖然這一區的品項比不上台灣這邊

的自助餐，但是新鮮度當然是沒話說的。生魚片當天在現場看有鮪魚、

鮭魚跟旗魚，差不多就是生魚片的基本款，不過礙於餐檯空間限制，原

則上檯面是會保持兩種生魚片。
Japanese sashimi and sushi are also available on site. Although the variety 

in this area may not compare to the buffets in Taiwan, the freshness is 

certainly beyond reproach.On the day of the sashimi event, there were tuna,

salmon, and swordfish available for selection, which are the basic types of 

sashimi. However, due to space limitations on the table, only two types of 

sashimi were served at a time.

因為現場客人很多不好拍，所以完整的爐烤牛肉現切狀況沒有拍到照片。

不過大家看看這牛肉的成色，怎麼可能會不好吃呢?

"Because there were many customers on site and it was difficult to take 

photos, I didn't manage to capture a picture of the freshly sliced, perfectly 

grilled beef. However, just take a look at the beautiful color of this beef -

how could it not be delicious?

海鮮冷檯的餐點表現也超級好的，剛剛那一大盤龍蝦鉗，都是當日活體

取下，鮮度好、肉彈牙又鮮甜，吃個10隻大概就本回一半了。大章魚的

口感也是一級棒，彈牙又甜。

The seafood cold platter was also fantastic, with standout dishes like the 

large plate of freshly caught lobster claws that were taken from live 

specimens on the same day. The freshness was undeniable, and the meat 

was firm and sweet, making it hard to resist eating half the plate's contents

 in just 10 bites. The large octopus was also amazing, with a great texture

 that was both springy and sweet.

再來這個就是CRAB BASH活動的單點品項，一次一桶出餐，共有三種

口味的醬汁可以選擇。

Next up is the single item for the CRAB BASH event, which is served 

in one bucket per order, and there are three different sauce flavors to 

choose from.

每桶裡面食材種類相當豐富，除了一整隻對開的波龍之外，還有松葉蟹

腳、麵包蟹、海螺、青口、以及水煮玉米跟馬鈴薯。說真的，如果食量

一般，一個人吃完一桶應該就飽了。不過別擔心，這個沒有限制點用次

數，也寄售在用餐期間可以無限點，如果只要點這個吃也沒問題。

Each bucket contains a wide variety of ingredients, including a whole split 

lobster, snow crab legs, bread crab, sea snails, mussels, and boiled corn 

and potatoes. To be honest, if you have an average appetite, you should 

feel full after finishing one bucket. However, don't worry, there is no limit 

on the number of times you can order it, and you can order it as much as 

you want during your meal. If you just want to order this item, that's fine 

too.

看這波龍的斷面，那個蝦黃，光看就讓我覺得腳有點痛痛的呀~~~~

麵包蟹也帶黃，看來應該也是母蟹。這家店沒有因為是供應吃到飽的餐

而採用比較低等的食材，每一隻都跟專供單點的食材一樣高品質。

Looking at the cross-section of this lobster, the tomalley looks so rich 

and delicious that it makes my mouth water. The breaded crab also has 

tomalley, so it's likely a female crab. This restaurant doesn't use 

lower-quality ingredients just because it offers all-you-can-eat meals - 

each individual dish is made with high-quality ingredients.

甜點、水果區選擇性也很多元，喜歡吃甜點的應該會很快樂!!

The dessert and fruit sections also offer a wide variety of choices, which 

should make dessert lovers very happy!

而澳門的自助餐廳好像都會設有這款巧克力噴泉，拿棉花糖或水果沾著

吃特別對味!
It seems that self-service restaurants in Macau often have a chocolate 

fountain, which is perfect for dipping marshmallows or fruit to enhance 

the flavor!

各式的蛋糕、甜派、糕餅類也是應有盡有，來到澳門千萬別錯過喔!
