如果你常常在下午前往台中市稅捐處洽公的話,應該會對這個香腸伯很熟悉。每天下午一點左右,阿貝就會騎著他的三輪腳踏車,載了滿滿的食材前往擺攤。
前前後後,好像也擺了三十幾年囉。生意,是好得不得了,晚點去還吃不到呢~

If you frequently visited the Taichung Tax Bureau in the afternoon, you'd likely be familiar with this Sausage Uncle. Every day around 1 PM, he would ride his tricycle, fully loaded with ingredients, to set up his stall. He had been doing this for over 30 years. Business was incredibly good; if you went too late, everything would be sold out!
Sadly, this is now a disappeared shop, living only in our nostalgic memories.
這是一篇回憶文。香腸伯的攤子如今已經歇業,成為許多台中人心中永遠懷念的消失滋味。謹以這篇舊文,紀念那段充滿人情味的美好時光。
1. 三十多年的稅捐處下午茶
這攤是蛋捲帶我去的,有一天下午我們兩個去工業區跑完客戶,剛好肚子有點餓,正愁不知道要吃什麼。因為時值下午三點多,吃太飽也不是,不吃會餓。後來他就把車開到台中市政府,還很神祕的說先到對面 OK 買兩瓶沙士。接著,在稅捐處前面就看到阿貝的攤子,已經圍了一群人囉...
2. 站著吃的塑膠袋古早味
在這種攤子吃東西,就是站著吃囉~
在攤前站好,阿貝會先在玻璃櫥上鋪好塑膠袋,然後幫你舀上辣椒醬、蒜蓉醬油膏等等佐料以及酸菜。然後你就可以跟他說想吃的,他就會處理好一份一份幫你擺在塑膠袋上。配料不夠,都可以請他無限量添加,像他的酸菜我就超愛吃的~
阿貝攤上提供有雞捲、香腸、雞心、雞肝、雞胗、雞屁股、糯米腸、甜不辣、豆干、海帶、芋粿蹺等等,種類還滿多的,古早味十足!

Eating here meant standing right in front of the stall. The Uncle would lay a plastic bag on the glass display case and scoop out chili sauce, garlic soy paste, and pickled mustard greens for you. You just pointed to what you wanted, and he prepped it and placed it on your plastic bag. You could ask for unlimited refills of the condiments; I absolutely loved his pickled mustard greens!
He offered a wide variety of traditional snacks: chicken rolls, sausages, chicken hearts, livers, gizzards, tails, sticky rice sausages, tempura, dried tofu, kelp, taro cakes, and more. Full of nostalgic flavors!
3. 堅持踩三輪車背後的體貼
由於人少,阿貝還有時間跟我們聊天開玩笑。看著他的古董三輪車,我們也問他怎麼沒想說用摩托車比較省力?
阿貝解釋說:「因為摩托車引擎會震動,走在路上爐子裡的熱油會濺出來很危險,所以為了安全還是選擇費力的腳踏車。」怪怪,原來還有這個學問喔....
4. 記憶中的史貝斯布雷克茶
這張中間那位看起來真肥XD
上回阿德來台中玩,我們三個一人帶一杯「史貝斯布雷克茶」(註) 一起去吃。因為去得早,所以東西滿滿的好爽,吃得很過癮。重點是,帶杯飲料,早點去報到才吃得到喔~~
註:史貝斯布雷克茶就是 SPACE BLACK TEA,也就是在台中市樂群街、自立街口古早味超好喝的「太空紅茶冰」。這是那天阿德來台中,我跟蛋捲鋪的一個梗,報告完畢!
