老巷弄裡週休三日家的味道：合作新村阿貴麵店的外省麵與滷味 The Taste of Home in the Old Alley: Ah Gui Noodle Shop's Mainland-style Noodles and Braised Dishes 401台中東區

阿貴麵店位於台中市東區自強街25號，鄰近合作新村，已有約50年的

歷史，是當地知名的老字號麵店。目前該店由第二代接手經營，雖然

網路上有許多網友說現在的風味不如第一代老老闆，但我沒吃過第一

代，現在這碗卻讓我吃了後懷念起小時候在眷村的風味-那個只有在

腦海裡回味，卻永遠不可能再嚐到的滋味。

A-Gui Noodle Shop is located at No. 25, Ziqiang Street, East District, Taichung City, near Cooperative New Village. With a history of around 50 years, it is a well-known and long-established noodle shop in the area. Currently, the shop is operated by the second generation. Although many netizens have commented online that the flavor nowadays does not quite match that of the original owner, I never had the chance to try the first generation’s cooking. Yet, this bowl of noodles now reminds me of the taste from my childhood in the military dependents' village—a flavor that exists only in my memories and can never be savored again.

因為前年8月中旬風塵僕僕到花蓮光復的馬太鞍豐年祭"'上班"，所以有

機會那兩天能在光復、瑞穗這個周邊鬼混。雖然我不只一次來過瑞穗，

但基本上都是開車經過。當然我也住過，只是睡起來就離開，也沒機會

好好探訪這座山裡的小城。

Last August, in the midst of my travels, I had the opportunity to "work" at the annual Fengnian Festival in Matai'an, Guangfu Hualien, which gave me a chance to spend 

a couple of days hanging around the Guangfu and Ruisui area. Although I've been to

Ruisui more than once, I've usually just driven through. Of course, I've stayed overnight there, but it was a matter of getting up and leaving right away without the chance to

truly explore this small town nestled in the mountains.

新冠疫情結束後睽違5年，2024年同樣是五月初黃金週，我又來到新宿

歌舞伎町中央通這家在哥吉拉腳下的居酒屋。跟上次不同的是，這一次

多了好幾個酒伴一起暢飲。往年我每次來到東京下榻的地方一定是新宿，

最後一次直接住在歌舞伎町的飯店。沒辦法，住新宿真的整天24小時都

找得到東西吃真的超方便，加上新宿車站是交通樞紐，去哪邊搭電車都

相當方便。不過這回到東京跑去住上野，因此待在東京的最後一晚日本

友人特地開車帶我去新宿回味一下~

コロナ禍が終わり、5年ぶりに2024年のゴールデンウィーク初めに新宿へやってきました。

今回もゴジラの足元にある歌舞伎町中央通りのこの居酒屋に行きましたが、前回と違って今回は何人かの飲み仲間と一緒に乾杯しました。

例年、東京に来るたびに宿泊するのは必ず新宿で、最後に歌舞伎町のホテルに直接泊まったのも記憶に新しいです。

新宿に泊まると、24時間何か食べられる場所があるので本当に便利ですよね。それに、新宿駅は交通のハブなので、どこへ行くにも電車でアクセスしやすいのが魅力です。

でも今回は東京滞在中、上野に宿泊していました。

そんな中、東京での最後の夜に日本の友人がわざわざ車で新宿まで連れて行ってくれて、懐かしい気分を味わうことができました！

疫情過後再度拜訪東京，這回選擇下榻在交通樞紐的上野區，飯店就在

上野駅附近，離阿美橫町非常近。還記得第一次到東京，想吃海鮮就照

著旅遊書介紹來到築地，其實當時對價格也沒概念，不過2013年時的築

地外市場是真的還挺實惠的，那年匯率0.33。但隨著築地越來越觀光客

化，今年到築地發現價格簡直是天價，下次再訪東京決定不會再去了。

不過別擔心，除了築地之外，其他地方吃海鮮都相當實惠。我不說大家

可能不知道，其實上野的阿美橫町本來也是一個很有名的海鮮集散地，

這回在這邊跟朋友小酌一下啤酒當下午茶，果然讓我又發現新大陸。

コロナ後に再び東京を訪れ、今回は交通の要所である上野エリアに宿泊することにしました。ホテルは上野駅の近くで、アメ横にもとても近い立地です。初めて東京に来たときは、海鮮が食べたくて旅行ガイドに従って築地を訪れました。当時は価格についてあまり意識していませんでしたが、2013年の築地外市場は本当にリーズナブルでした。その年の為替レートは0.33だったのです。しかし、築地が観光地化するにつれ、今年訪れてみると値段が驚くほど高くなっており、次回東京を訪れる際にはもう行かないと決めました。

でも心配はいりません。築地以外でも、東京には手頃に海鮮を楽しめる場所がたくさんあります。実は、上野のアメ横も元々は有名な海鮮の集散地だったことを知らない人も多いかもしれません。今回はここで友人と一緒に昼間からビールを飲みながら軽く食事を楽しみましたが、新たな発見がありました。まさに「新大陸」を見つけた気分です！

寫這一篇的時候，這家店已經得到2024米其林必比登推薦，這是幾年

下來我覺得輪胎人推薦算是比較實至名歸的店，真的大部分推薦名單

雖然不至於暴雷但也相當的平凡。這家店，其實我也是看了很久才決

定走進去，沒有什麼很關鍵的理由，就是這邊不好停車而已。

帶著車輪餅出國去-馬祖新村台中機場店開催中~Take the wheel cakes abroad! The Matsu Village at Taichung Airport is now open~

車輪餅是一種源自日據時代的台灣傳統小吃，也被稱為紅豆餅或今川燒，

因為它的外形像車輪，因此得名。隨著時代的演進，車輪餅不僅保留了傳

統的製作方式，還不斷推陳出新，加入各種新穎的餡料，成為台灣飲食文

化的一部分。來自桃園以復刻眷村老味道的馬祖新村，就是傳承這款美味

的代表商店，最近又回歸台中，悄悄地進駐在我們中部門面台中國際機場。

military dependents' villages, is a representative business for this delicious treat. Recently, it has
