上個周末,冰箱跟著小冰箱的外婆環島朝拜去,路線是從台南逆時針旅行。因為不是遊玩,所以行程是非常緊湊的,第一天晚上我們就殺到礁溪過夜。一行人浩浩蕩蕩20多個,第一站用餐就是首日的午餐,來到幾年前冰箱曾經造訪過的"港口海鮮餐廳"。因為人多,所以直接點了2000元的合菜,以下先從合菜部分來跟大家做介紹!

Last weekend, I joined my family on a round-island pilgrimage trip, traveling counter-clockwise from Tainan. Since it wasn't a leisure trip, the schedule was tight. We rushed to Jiaoxi for the night on the first day. With a group of over 20 people, our first lunch stop was at "Port Seafood Restaurant," which I had visited a few years ago. 冷盤與前菜:生魚片與海菜
前菜是生魚片兩品,分別是鮪魚跟旗魚,跟上回冰箱吃的一樣。魚肉部分還算新鮮彈牙,唯一的缺點是還沒有完全退冰。涼拌海菜,吃得到大海的味道喔。

The appetizer featured two types of sashimi: Tuna and Marlin, just like last time. The fish was fresh and chewy, but the only drawback was that it wasn't fully defrosted yet. The cold dressed seaweed salad really tasted like the ocean.

炒海香菇,這道真的讓我念念不忘,第一次也是在這裡嚐到。白灼蝦,也許不是活體但是新鮮度還算不錯喔!

Stir-fried Sea Mushrooms (Sea Fragrance Mushroom) — this dish is unforgettable for me; I first tasted it here. The boiled shrimp, while perhaps not live, was still quite fresh!
炸物與特色菜:山豬肉與黃金魚
炒山豬肉,有著山豬肉獨特的口感,味道也偏重,很下飯! 酥炸黃金魚,這一道我拍糊掉了,大家多多包涵。

內含的青菜,原本店家事提供野菜,不過考慮同行有很多小朋友可能吃不慣,所以跟老闆娘瞧了一下改成高麗菜。

For the vegetable dish, the restaurant originally offered wild vegetables. However, considering the many children in our group might not be used to the taste, we discussed it with the owner and swapped it for cabbage.
清蒸與湯品:比目魚與味噌湯
清蒸比目魚,肉質鮮嫩,只是吃到後來發現沒蒸透,有點敗筆! 鮮魚味增湯,這裡面其實料很豐富,滿滿的魚肉,湯鮮味美喔!

Steamed Flounder — the meat was tender, but we found out later it wasn't fully steamed through, which was a bit of a failure! The Miso Fish Soup was actually full of ingredients, packed with fish meat, and the soup was fresh and delicious!
單點加菜:炒山蘇與海瓜子
這道炒山蘇跟第一張照片的炒海瓜子都是另外單點的,火候味道都很不錯。看到大家都把菜吃光光,我想一定都吃得很滿意吧!

The stir-fried Bird's-nest fern (Shan Su) and the stir-fried clams in the first photo were ordered separately. The heat and flavor were both excellent. Seeing everyone finish all the dishes, I think they must have been very satisfied!
