拜物流產業發達之賜，過去許多具有產地優勢的農產食材，現在不用千里迢

迢跑去現場，也能在住的地方附近找得到。北上訪友搭火車回台中，因為晚

餐沒吃早已飢腸轆轆。剛好因選擇散步回家途中經過繼光街這家虱目魚老店，

那就乾脆吃飽再回家。

Thanks to the well-developed logistics industry, many agricultural food products with

regional advantages can now be found near where we live without the need to travel long

distances to the actual production sites. When I was visiting friends in the north and 

taking the train back to Taichung, I was famished because I hadn't had dinner. 

Coincidentally, while choosing to walk home, I passed by this old store on Ji Guang Street 

that serves milkfish. So, I decided to fill my stomach before heading home.

來自日本名古屋的百年親子丼~鷄三和 Torisanwa Lalaport Taichung 台中日式 東區401

雞三和創立於明治三十三年，是一家擁有近120年歷史的老店，在日本專注

於雞肉相關產品的生產、加工和銷售。一條龍的作業和管理，主要販賣外帶

便當、炸雞、串燒和親子丼等商品。這一家日本來的很難跟在地人連在一起，

希望不要又有人說日本名古屋在地人都不吃這類的，哈哈哈哈哈!!!

Torisanwa is a historical establishment founded in the 33rd year of the Meiji era, boasting nearly 

120 years of history. This Japanese shop specializes in the production, processing, and sale of 

chicken-related products. They offer a wide range of items such as take-out bento boxes, fried

chicken, yakitori (grilled skewered chicken), and oyakodon (a chicken and egg rice bowl dish). 

While it may be challenging for foreigners to associate this establishment with local culture,

let's not have anyone say that people in Nagoya, Japan don't enjoy these types of dishes. Hahaha!

忠孝路這家夜市牛排最好吃，除了白麵條還可以選擇通心粉~德洲牛排 台中小吃 南區402 The night market steak at Zhongxiao Road is the most delicious.

雖然自己店裡也有牛排可吃，肉的檔次也不低，但是偶爾還是會想跑到夜

市去嗑一份小蘇打嫩筋牛排解解饞，所以今天又晃到忠孝路來。說起台中

夜市牛排的密度，我想應該首推忠孝路。沒記錯的話，這一條路上應該就

有6家以上。以前更多，因為收掉好幾家。

Although my own shop also serves steak, and the quality of the meat is not low, 

sometimes I still feel like going to the night market to satisfy my craving for a tender 

and juicy steak. So today, I wandered to Zhongxiao Road again. Speaking of the density

of steak options in Taichung night markets, I think Zhongxiao Road should be the top

recommendation. If I remember correctly, there should be at least six establishments 

on this street. There used to be even more, but several have closed down.

說到台中忠孝夜市，隨著時代的變遷，現在已經成為台中晚餐消夜固定夜

市的指標。相較中華夜市逐漸沒落蕭條，忠孝夜市每天晚上到飯點或是消

夜場，還能夠看到排隊用餐的人潮，但一方面這也跟附近有大學生出沒有

關。既然是老夜市就一定有許多老牌，今天這家西港牛肉麵就是老店新開!
When it comes to Taichung's Zhongxiao Night Market, with the changing times, it 

has become the benchmark for fixed night markets for dinner and late-night snacks in 

Taichung. In contrast, Zhonghua Night Market has gradually declined and become 

quiet. Every evening, during dinner or late-night hours, Zhongxiao Night Market still 

attracts crowds of people lining up to dine. However, this is also partly due to the presence 

of nearby university students. Being an old night market, it surely has many well-established 

stalls. Today, I will introduce a new addition to the lineup: Xigang Beef Noodle, an 

old store with a new opening!

有牛腱也有牛肋，雙牛入麵一網打盡! 拉客麻油雞飯，牛肉麵 台中小吃 北區404

說真的吃過那麼多碗牛肉麵，還真的沒有遇到幾間用牛肋條入麵的店能

讓我懷念的。不論是合情合理，抑或我個人的偏執情結，總覺得牛肉麵

就是得用帶筋的牛腱肉來燒才道地。就在前陣子牛肉麵的尋覓，意外讓

我發現這家位於中國醫大附近的這家小麵店。

To be honest, after having tried so many bowls of beef noodle soup, I haven't come across

many places that use beef ribs in their noodles that make me nostalgic. Whether it's a matter 

of reason or my personal obsession, I always feel that authentic beef noodle soup should be

made with tender beef shank. Recently, during my search for beef noodle soup, I unexpectedly

discovered this small noodle shop near China Medical University.
