因為到日本總是自己一個人旅行，其實在吃的方面，我個人也沒有很追求

一定要去名店朝聖，其實路邊隨便找的庶民小吃比較合乎我的需求。這一

家"街かど屋 烏丸五条店"是我走路前往錦市場途中看到的，因為剛好中午

到了京都後就一直躲在房間等洗衣服，所以午餐也沒吃，就嚐嚐囉~

"街かど屋 烏丸五条店"は、私が日本を訪れる際、いつも一人で旅行するため、食事に関して

特にこだわりはありません。有名なレストランに行く必要はありませんし、地元の路地裏で

見つけた気軽な屋台料理が私には合っています。このお店は、錦市場に向かう途中で見かけ

記得三年前好不容易安排好參加完德島阿波舞祭回程要在京都住一晚，無奈

新冠疫情開始肆虐，已經安排好的食宿、機票，也只能想辦法取消減少損失。

但是那次住因為使用的是訂房網站的優惠，幾乎血本無歸。2023年的夏天終

於又有機會來到京都，這回因為班機時間的關係不得不在京都過一夜，我第

一次在京都過夜，就這麼強迫中獎成了。

三年前、徳島阿波舞祭に参加するための帰りの予定を京都で一泊するように組んだことを覚

えています。しかし、新型コロナウイルスの流行が始まり、予定していた宿泊施設や航空券

をキャンセルして損失を最小限に抑えるしかありませんでした。その際、宿泊は割引サイト

を利用していたため、ほとんどが無駄になってしまいました。2023年の夏、遂に京都を訪れ

る機会が巡ってきました。今回は飛行機のスケジュールの都合で京都で一夜を過ごすことに

なりました。私にとって初めての京都での一夜であり、まさに思いもよらぬ形で宿泊するこ

とになりました。

千辛萬苦來到日本，拉麵當然是必吃的選項，要知道在台灣想吃到日本品

牌拉麵口袋可要很深，而且味道還不見得比日本隨便路邊一家拉麵店好。

其實這回到日本真的差一點沒吃到拉麵，因為在德島的時候遇到颱風攪局，

也沒啥機會出去晃，最重要的是想吃的東西太多，拉麵選項就先擺在後面。

ランドラーメンを食べるのは高価であり、味も日本のランダムなラーメン店よりも良いとは

限りません。実際、日本に戻ってきたばかりで、ラーメンを食べそびれる寸前でした。徳島

にいたときに台風に巻き込まれ、外出する機会もなく、何よりも食べたいものがたくさんあ

ったため、ラーメンの選択肢は後回しにされました。

因為小時候在PIZZA店打過工的關係，人生第一次親手做的食物是拿來當商

品賣就是製作PIZZA，這也是我一頭踏入餐飲界的濫觴，所以對PIZZA這種

食物，個人有著一份相當特別的感情。早期餐廳選擇比較少的時候，如果想

吃PIZZA一般都是向連鎖餐廳購買。直到後期有些餐廳開始在自家砌窯，手

工窯烤PIZZA就漸漸在市面上能見度比較高。今天要介紹的這家店其實就在

我家附近，2013年曾經介紹過，突然心血來潮想吃就去帶了。

Because of my experience working at a PIZZA shop during my childhood, the first food 

I ever made with my own hands and used as a product to sell was crafting PIZZA. This 

also marked the beginning of my journey into the culinary world. Therefore, I have a

particularly special attachment to this type of food. In the earlier days when there were 

fewer restaurant choices, if you wanted to have PIZZA, you would generally buy it from 

chain restaurants. It wasn't until later that some restaurants started building their own

ovens and handcrafting PIZZAs, gradually increasing their presence in the market. The 

shop I want to introduce today is actually near my home. I mentioned it in 2013, and on 

a whim, I decided to go there again when I felt a craving for it.

來來回回日本好幾年，在東京的時候，抽空去了當時日本最大的大宮鐵道博

物館兩回，而京都則是自從我2018年首次過境京都發現後，一直非常嚮往

的去處。終於在2020年決定在京都過夜，才有時間好好走走，無奈人算不

如天算，一場新冠肺炎疫情讓我的日本行整整中斷了三年，直到今年8月因

為參加德島阿波舞祭，才又順利回到京都。

日本には何度も行き来して、東京にいる間には時間を作って当時日本最大の大宮鉄

道博物館に2回訪れました。また、2018年に初めて京都を訪れた際から、ずっとそ

の場所に行くことを心待ちにしていました。2020年になってようやく京都で一泊

することを決め、ゆっくりと楽しむ時間を持つことができました。しかしながら、

人間は計画しても状況はつかめず、新型コロナウイルスの流行により日本への旅行

が3年も中断されてしまいました。今年の8月、徳島の阿波踊り祭りに参加するため

に日本に戻り、ようやく京都に戻ることができました。

蝦子相信大家常吃，但是活跳跳的鮮蝦直接下肚，這種經驗可就不是很多

人有了吧?我記得吃活跳蝦印象最深刻是幾年前在澎湖的土銀小吃，那天

因為餐聽進了活體狗蝦，據說活體相當稀有，當然來一份嚐嚐鮮。

Eating shrimp is a common practice for many people, but the experience of consuming

 live, wriggling shrimp is not something that most individuals have encountered. I recall

 the most vivid memory of eating live shrimp was a few years ago at Tuyin Snacks in 

Penghu. On that day, due to a special order, I had the opportunity to try live mantis 

shrimp, which is considered quite rare. Of course, I decided to taste it for its freshness 

and uniqueness.

大家看這澎湖的活體狗蝦是不是超級漂亮?滋味當然也是名不虛傳，口感

又脆又鮮甜。這回到馬太鞍參加豐年祭，回程北上一路玩回台北，途中友

人提到鯉魚潭一條街有間阿嬤ㄟ木瓜牛奶很有名，還有活跳蝦可以吃。

既然走過、路過，那就不要錯過，LET'S GO!!

of course, the taste lives up to the reputation – the texture is both crispy and delicately 

sweet. This time, I attended the Harvest Festival in Matiao'an and on the way back to 

Taipei, I made a leisurely trip, stopping by the Liyu Lake area. A friend mentioned a 

famous spot along Liyu Lake Street, where you can find Grandma's Papaya Milk, 

renowned for its deliciousness. They also serve live dancing shrimp. Since we're passing

by anyway, let's not miss it. LET'S GO

活動，這次到日本因為搭乘華航班機，才有機會再度來到桃機二航廈搭機

出境。

台灣第一位美食部落客推薦，花蓮即將歇業老字號扁食其實是分店!!(驚!!) The first Taiwanese food blogger recommends the renowned traditional dumplings from Hualien. 戴記扁食 970花蓮市 花蓮小吃

如果對花蓮小吃有點概念，相信扁食一定是大家去到花蓮必吃的選項之一。

日前媒體報導丟出了一顆震撼彈，那就是大家很熟悉的老店-戴記扁食，因

為老闆年事已高，決定營業到2023/08/31為止，之後就正式收攤。相信許多

喜歡戴記扁食的朋友，看到這一則報導應該都會覺得很不可思議，但有時候

社會變遷就是這樣。有趣的是，花蓮要收攤的戴記扁食其實並不是總店，他

的創始店其實在美國加州矽谷，但不管是戴記、花蓮、或是很有名的液香扁

食，其實都是同一家人創出或是經營的店。而許多人覺得戴記是家90年老店

也不完全正確，應該是說自第一代挑扁擔的老老戴開始算才對，花蓮這家戴

If you have some familiarity with Hualien snacks, I'm sure you must be aware that  

Bian Shi is definitely one of the must-try options when visiting Hualien.

Recently, the media has reported some shocking news: the well-known old establishment,

Dai Ji Bian Shi, has made a decision due to the advanced age of the owner. They have

announced that the business will operate until August 31, 2023, after which they will 

officially close their doors. I believe many friends who enjoy must find this news quite 

unbelievable, but sometimes, societal changes unfold in such ways.

Interestingly, the Hualien branch of Dai Ji Bian Shi that is closing down is not the original

store. The founding store of this eatery is actually located in Silicon Valley, California, 

USA. However, whether it's Dai Ji, Hualien, or the well-known Ye Xiang Bian Shi, they are 

all establishments created or managed by the same family. Moreover, the perception that 

is an age-old establishment isn't entirely accurate; the legacy truly began with the first-

generation bearer of the bamboo shoulder pole for selling  Bian Shi. The Hualien branch 

of has a history of only around 30 to 40 years.
