因為種種因素,冰箱我曾經在后里吃過一碗難忘的古早味。前些天剛好有機會在附近福容大飯店過夜,趁著一大早回市區前的空檔,決定先到后里內埔這邊尋寶。雖然最後沒能找到記憶中那家店,但卻意外發現這家在農會旁只賣早午餐的無名麵攤。
I once had an unforgettable traditional breakfast in Houli. Recently, while staying at the Fullon Hotel nearby, I decided to go on a "treasure hunt" in the Neipu area before heading back to the city. Although I couldn't find the exact shop from my memory, I accidentally discovered this nameless noodle stall near the Farmers' Association that serves only brunch.
這家店位於內埔中山路上,靠近農會後方。雖然是鄉下的無名小攤,沒有價目表,但從絡繹不絕的人潮就知道不簡單。服務人員非常親切,供應陽春麵以及台中人早晨最愛的大鍋湯。除了麵食,一大早竟然還有肉圓可以吃,皮 Q 彈、五香內餡結實,表現中規中矩。
This stall is located on Zhongshan Road, near the back of the Farmers' Association in Neipu. It's a classic rural noodle stand with no sign and no price list, yet the steady stream of customers proves its popularity. They serve Yangchun noodles and large-pot soups. Surprisingly, they even serve Ba-Wan (meatballs) early in the morning—the skin is bouncy and the five-spice filling is solid.
大鍋裡翻滾著各種精華,老闆會將熟透的豬大腸、隔間肉撈起備用。這些豬雜料看起來非常新鮮,處理得乾乾淨淨,是台中式早餐的靈魂所在。吃肉圓時,記得加上桌上那碗特製辣醬,風味更佳。
The large pot simmers with various pork offal, which are the essence of the soup. The owner meticulously prepares pork intestines and diaphragm meat (diaphragm muscle), which are incredibly fresh and clean. This is the soul of a Taichung-style breakfast. Don't forget to add the special chili sauce if you're having the Ba-Wan!
這裡的乾麵非常特別,上桌時白白一坨,拌勻後才發現是古早味豬油拌麵。最特殊的是調味中加入了「黑胡椒」,且捨棄蔥花改用「韭菜」,香氣獨特。麵條雖然煮得較軟但不過糊,吃起來意外地清爽,非常適合當作一天的開始。
The signature dry noodles are quite unique. They look plain when served, but once mixed, the nostalgic aroma of lard emerges. Interestingly, they use black pepper and chives instead of the usual green onions, giving it a distinct flavor. The noodles are soft but not mushy, offering a surprisingly refreshing taste for breakfast.
綜合湯簡直是誠意之作,豬血、小腸、大腸、粉腸、隔間肉塞得滿滿,料幾乎快比湯還多!湯頭清徹見底,喝起來完全沒有腥味,只有食材本身的鮮甜。這樣一頓豐富的早午餐,3 碗麵、3 碗湯加 1 顆肉圓總共才 270 元,CP 值高到感人。
The Mixed Soup is a masterpiece of generosity, packed with pig blood, small intestines, large intestines, and diaphragm meat. There are more ingredients than soup! The broth is crystal clear with no gamey smell, only pure sweetness from the fresh pork. A feast of 3 bowls of noodles, 3 soups, and 1 Ba-Wan cost only 270 NTD—incredible value.

這家「梁嫂炒麵」之前冰箱完全一無所知,直到之前在地方社團分享幾年累積下來吃過的資料,整理好的台中炒麵大攻略,然後被熱心的網友說:「沒有收錄梁嫂真是不專業」。
有此等級的炒麵冰箱沒吃過,著實汗顏!這天因為剛好到附近辦事情,於是循線來到位於中平路上,靠近冰箱媽之前上班的大鵬國小旁,探訪這間傳說中不收錄就不專業的炒麵店。
I had absolutely no idea about this "Liang Sao Fried Noodles" until I shared my accumulated "Taichung Fried Noodle Guide" in a local community group. Passionate netizens told me that not including Liang Sao makes the guide "unprofessional."
I was quite ashamed that I hadn't tried a fried noodle shop of such a supposedly high caliber! So, since I happened to be running errands nearby, I followed the clues to Zhongping Road, next to Dapeng Elementary School where my mom used to work, to visit this legendary fried noodle shop that you "must include to be professional."
