自從台灣菸酒專賣制度走入歷史,民間釀酒事業就越來越蓬勃,多年下
來甚至有許多台灣酒廠早已經名揚海外,成為另類的台灣特產。其實只
要有人的社會,一定都跟酒脫離不了關係,這些釀酒活動往往融入了當
地的文化和傳統。而我們台灣酒類主管機關財政部,也於民國92年(2003)
開始成立優質酒類認證制度。只要是在台灣生產製造,經過一連串認證
程序合格的酒品,就可以獲得(W)優質酒類認證標誌,是衛生安全品質的
保證,是通過嚴格考驗的殊榮,背後鍥而不捨成就優質的故事,才是標誌
真正的價值。
Since Taiwan’s tobacco and alcohol monopoly system became a thing of the past,
the private brewing industry has flourished. Over the years, many Taiwanese distilleries
have gained international recognition, becoming a unique specialty of Taiwan. In fact, in
any society where people live, alcohol is inevitably intertwined with daily life. These
brewing activities often become deeply embedded in local culture and traditions.
In Taiwan, the Ministry of Finance, which oversees the alcohol industry, established
the Alcohol Quality Certification System in 2003 (the 92nd year of the Republic of China calendar).
Any alcoholic product produced in Taiwan that passes a series of certification
processes can be awarded the "W" Quality Alcohol Certification Mark, which guarantees
hygiene, safety, and quality. This mark represents an honor earned through strict
evaluation, and behind it lies the dedication and perseverance that create quality—this is
the true value of the certification.
