其實當天我本來沒有要進枋寮市區,但來回墾丁路上基於對藍皮印象館
招牌的好奇,突然下個路口迴轉就進去了。參觀完藍皮印象館剛好是中
午,原本想去再訪的阿達海產已經變成高級海景餐廳,最後想到屏東飯
湯好像很有名,於是跟著地圖導航還來到枋寮漁港邊的堤防,才發現這
邊有一整排賣吃的。

out of curiosity about the Blue Skin Impression Museum sign, I suddenly made a U-turn at
the next intersection and went in. After visiting the Blue Skin Impression Museum, it was noon.
I originally wanted to revisit Ada Seafood, but it had turned into a high-end seaside restaurant.
Then I remembered that Pingtung fantang is quite famous, so I followed the map navigation to
the embankment by the Fangliao fishing port and discovered that there was a whole row of
food stalls.
雖然是一整排,不過因為當天是平日遊客少,所以有很多店家只營業周末
並沒有開店。基本上這邊比較像是港邊的迷你海鮮市集,從生鮮魚貨到餐
飲、零嘴、乾貨幾乎都有。7月天的屏東中午,現場有多熱我想大家一定
不難想像,基本上我可是帶著毛巾用餐,沒冷氣受不了的人可能無法。

and there were few tourists. Most of the shops only open on weekends. Basically, this place is like
a mini seafood market by the port, offering everything from fresh fish to food, snacks, and dried

雖然隔壁也有擺桌椅,不過看來看去還是ㄚ芬這邊比較像吃東西的地方。
還有一個重點是,ㄚ芬這邊的電風扇比較多台~哈哈~

這家店也是這邊唯一有點菜當讓客人自己畫的,大致看了一下除了熱炒

幾乎均一價100元,有十片,不知道是不是像台中魚市場賣的那種小小片?
其實到處看到處吃之後,我現在三更半夜已經不去台中魚市場的丸南買生
魚片了,同樣的價位其實到黃昏市場就可以很方便買到,而且還可以指定
厚切,丸南老闆娘以片計價的可不理你人客的要求,我就試過了~

還是完整的。換句話說,就是把湯沖進煮好的白飯拌勻就上菜,這也是
飯湯說法的由來。而這邊保五的意思,就是這碗粥裏面保證一定有大蝦、
蚵仔、旗魚肚、虱目魚以及蛤蜊等等。當然實際上,在碗裡看到的海鮮
料早就超過五種,而且料比湯還多。
Baowu seafood porridge is 100 NT dollars. This type of porridge in the Pingtung area is
also called "fantang." It is quite different from the Cantonese-style porridge that we imagine,
where the rice grains are cooked until mushy. In this porridge, the rice grains are almost still

所以大部分都是採用酥炸或是紅燒這種重口味來處理,不夠新鮮的旗魚
肚拿來煮湯,保證整碗腥到讓人喝不下唷。

蛤蜊的個頭也是不小,裡面的肉也很飽滿多汁。小卷用的真的是小卷,
可能因為我吃慣大隻的,這種小隻的雖然新鮮但是肉比較薄所以脆度不
太夠,口感差了一點。但是事後想想這一碗才賣你100元,新鮮就很棒,
口感就不要亂挑剔了。
The clams are quite large, and the meat inside is full and juicy. The small squid used is indeed
small, maybe because I'm used to eating bigger ones. Although these smaller ones are fresh, their
meat is thinner, so the texture is not as crisp and is somewhat lacking. However, thinking about it
later, this bowl only costs you 100 TWD, and the freshness is great, so there's no need to be too
picky about the texture.
蚵仔忘記拍,不過大家看一開始那張照片就知道個頭不小而且很肥美,
在碗裡還有撈出兩顆旗魚丸也是挺好吃,很脆口。海鮮粥是旁邊17號
攤位煮過來的,想吃自己過去叫,煮好老闆娘會幫你端過來ㄚ芬這邊,
再同時付現結帳即可。
