這家店於2017 年創辦，至今已獲多個國際獎項，包括 Bloomberg全球最

佳漢堡 2020、國際旅遊網站 Big 7 Travel 亞洲 50 間最佳漢堡店 2019第

13名及 Time Out 香港十大最佳漢堡 2017等等。

This restaurant was founded in 2017 and has since received multiple 

international awards, including Bloomberg's Best Burger in the 

World 2020, Big 7 Travel's Asia's 50 Best Burger Joints 2019 ranking 13th, 

and Time Out Hong Kong's Top 10 Best Burgers 2017, among others.

整家店的空間以球場看台作為設計概念，採光明亮、簡約大方。

The design concept of the entire store is based on a stadium grandstand, 

with bright and simple lighting.

有單點有套餐，第一次來建議直接點套餐會比較方便。

There are both à la carte options and set meals available. For first-time 

customers, I would recommend going for the set meal as it is more 

convenient.

飲料的部分也相當別緻，蘋果派紅茶(單點$38、套餐+$10)是很特別的，

裡面有烘焙過的蘋果乾，搭配用來攪拌的肉桂棒，真的味道跟吃蘋果派

一模一樣。另外像Mike特調檸檬水、薑汁檸檬水等等也是不錯選擇。

The beverage selection is also quite unique, with the Apple Pie Tea 

(single order for $38, combo set for +$10) being a standout. It contains 

roasted apple slices and comes with a cinnamon stick for stirring, giving 

it the exact taste of apple pie. Additionally, drinks like Mike'sl lemonade 

and ginger lemonade are also great choices.

附餐的表現也挺不錯，水牛城辣雞翅香辣夠味，最令人驚豔的是他們家

的手工酸黃瓜片，口感硬是跟一般店家用的罐頭製品軟軟的口感不同，

還能吃到黃瓜本身的脆度。

The side dishes were also impressive. The Buffalo spicy chicken wings 

were flavorful and spicy enough. But what really surprised me were their 

handmade sour pickles. The texture was different from the usual softness 

of canned products, and you could taste the crispness of the cucumber 

itself.

軟殼蟹漢堡SOFT SHELL CRAB BURG（套餐$268)

整隻軟殼蟹裹粉酥炸之後直接豪邁入菜，加上海苔片獨家口味整隻可吃，

外面吃不到。

A whole soft-shell crab is coated with a crispy batter and deep-fried 

before being served with boldness on the plate, accompanied by a unique 

flavor of seaweed sheets. It can be eaten whole, which is not commonly 

found in restaurants.

HONBO 2.0(單點$168套餐$218) 店裡的招牌漢寶2.0，光看到裡面那幾塊

超大牛肉餅，還沒吃就先感覺飽一半，過癮啊!!!

HONBO 2.0's signature dish is the "HANBAO 2.0" which comes in a single

order for $168 or as part of a combo meal for $218. When you see the massive 

beef patty inside, you already feel halfway full just by looking at it. It's truly satisfying!

漢堡裡夾了大塊店家特製手工牛肉餅，份量十足。口味上屬於比較標準

的美式重口味，看店家介紹創辦人是從加拿大回來開店的華僑，那這口

味道地與否就不言可喻囉~

The hamburger contains a large handmade beef patty made by the 

restaurant, and the portion size is generous. In terms of taste, it belongs 

to the standard American heavy flavor. According to the introduction 

from the restaurant, the founder is a Chinese immigrant who returned 

from Canada to start the business, so the authenticity of the taste is 

self-evident.
