排骨炒飯是某米其林星級餐廳的招牌熱銷餐點之一,雖然好吃但是想吃
除了得排隊之外,一份240元的炒飯常常吃荷包可會吃不消。雖然我因為
從來沒有去過那家餐廳吃過飯,坦白說我不知道那份炒飯到底有多美味?
但參考吃過的人和網路的評價都不錯,相信好吃應該是無庸置疑。

restaurant. Although it is delicious, it can be quite expensive at 240 NTD per
serving, making it a bit difficult for the wallet to handle. While I have never
personally dined at that restaurant and cannot vouch for the exact taste of their
fried rice, reviews from people who have tried it and online comments generally
speak highly of it. Therefore, it is safe to assume that it is indeed tasty.

東西既然紅了,坊間一定會出現類似的商品。今天就帶大家來這家我騎車
經過不小心發現,在中國醫大這邊開了好些時間的飯將排骨炒飯。

market. Today, I stumbled upon a place while riding my bike near China Medical
University that has been serving pork fried rice for quite some time.
店裡主要的產品就是炒飯,口味則以搭配的主菜做區分,以80元的肉絲蛋
炒飯入門,最貴的是1280元(家庭號)的龍蝦總匯蛋炒飯。

是的你沒看錯,就是在他們店裡家庭總匯蛋炒飯為基礎,再將一整隻波龍
入菜,真的是太浮誇了。不過話說回來,這種家庭號總匯餐應該都要3~4人
以上一起吃,看他們家庭總匯蛋炒飯料也挺豐富實在,其實平均一下一個人
也不會超過500元也還好,就給大家做個參考囉。
Yes, you read it right. They use a family-style fried rice as the base and then add
a whole lobster to the dish. It's really extravagant. However, having said that, this
kind of family-style combo meal should be shared by 3-4 people. Looking at the
rich ingredients in their family-style fried rice, the average cost per person shouldn't
exceed 500 NTD, which is not too bad. Just giving everyone a reference.
排骨炒飯Pork Fried Rice(NT$95)
買回家一打開便當盒,看到裡面這一塊炸得表皮香酥,厚度直逼日本炸
豬排專賣店水準的排骨,都不用看別的附餐主食,這95元已經花得值得。
畢竟現在的物價連一塊炸雞排都已經衝破百元大關,這麼大塊的炸排骨
躺在裡面,真的有夠感人的啦。
When I brought the bento box home and opened it, I saw this piece of fried pork ribs
steak with a crispy and fragrant outer layer, with a thickness that rivals the standards
of a Japanese pork cutlet specialty shop. Without even looking at the other side dishes,
the NT$95 spent on this is already worth it. After all, nowadays, even a piece of fried chicken cutlet has surpassed the hundred dollar mark in price. Having such a large
piece of fried pork ribs inside is really touching.
配菜雖然很簡單只有汆燙的四季豆跟水煮花生,不過因為煮食炒飯本來就
有加料烹煮,所以這樣簡單的配置其實並不覺得突兀。
The side dishes are simple, consisting of blanched green beans and boiled peanuts. However, since the fried rice itself already contains additional ingredients, this simple combination doesn't feel out of place at all.
炒飯的口感粒粒分明,軟硬適中,除了一般快炒店炒飯會有一股鍋氣比
較沒那麼明顯之外,基本上是好吃的!
The texture of the fried rice is distinct, with each grain being just the right amount
of soft and firm. Apart from the slightly less prominent wok aroma compared to
typical fast-food stir-fried rice, it is basically delicious!
