浙江味牛肉麵位於精武路旱溪7-11隔壁,看網路上得到的資料,之前舊
店好像在精武路湖南味斜對面的樣子。如果沒有意外的話,應該老老闆
都是眷村出來開店的。
Zhe-Jiang-Way Beef Noodles is located next to the 7-11 on Jiangwu Road, Hanxi.
Based on the information I found online, it seems that the old location used to be
across the street from Hu-Nan-Way on Jiangwu Road. If everything goes as expected,
it's likely that the owner is from a military dependents' village background and has
opened the shop.

位於旱溪東路現址,以牛肉麵店來說也算大間了。

滷味小菜現點現切,提供的種類也不少,詳細內容請參考菜單,算一算
多達20種以上喔。
Lukewarm dishes are freshly prepared to order, and we offer a wide variety of
options. Please refer to the menu for detailed information. There are more than
20 different choices available!

用餐環境明亮寬敞,有空調也有電視可以看。
The dining environment is bright and spacious, with air conditioning and a television
for entertainment.


可口可樂的汽水機就這樣放在店哩,想喝就自己去倒,老闆不怕你喝!!!
The Coca-Cola soda machine is just placed in the store like this; you can help
yourself if you want to drink. The owner isn't worried about you drinking it!

另外還有甜湯兩款,以及好幾個零食桶讓客人隨取用,老闆路線是佛系!!
In addition, there are two kinds of sweet soups and several snack containers for
customers to help themselves. The owner's approach is laid-back!

採用劃單點餐,桌號請自行填上,除了菜單上的固定品項外,有時候店
裡也會有些當天限量商品,看到想吃跟老闆娘講就可以點了。我發現來
店裡消費的客人好像大部分都是熟客,整個店賓主之間的氣氛相當熱絡
親切,感覺很棒!
Ordering is done through single-point ordering, and you can fill in your table number
yourself. In addition to the fixed items on the menu, sometimes the restaurant also
offers limited edition dishes for the day. If you see something you'd like to try, just
let the owner know, and you can order it. I've noticed that most of the customers who
come to the restaurant are regulars, and the atmosphere between the staff and guests
is very warm and friendly. It feels great!

沒來吃過,那牛肉麵就一次攻頂最貴的滿漢牛肉麵,再搭配幾個小菜,
炸一塊排骨,這樣一個人晚餐就很奢侈了~
I've never tried it before, so I'll go all out with the most expensive Mǎnhàn Beef
Noodle Soup. I'll also add a few side dishes, like a deep-fried spare rib. That way,
dinner for one will be quite luxurious!

滷蘿蔔菜單上沒有看到,印象中一份好像是$20的樣子?吃起來的口味屬
於清爽,滷汁不會蓋掉蘿蔔的甜味。唯一的缺點是蘿蔔皮削得不夠深,
除表面纖維過粗之外,還有點略苦。
The menu didn't feature braised radish, but from what I remember, it was around
$20. The taste is refreshing, with the braising sauce complementing the natural
sweetness of the radish without overpowering it. The only drawback is that the
radish skin wasn't peeled deeply enough, and besides the coarse surface fibers,
it had a slight bitter taste.

炸排骨$45單點,帶骨豬排醃漬入味之後裹薄粉下鍋油炸至酥脆,雖然沒
有很大塊,不過口味上算是好吃。至少,這賣相跟價格也比市區某米其
林推薦的上海沒有名的排骨強多了~XD
Deep-Fried Pork Ribs for $45 a la carte. These bone-in pork ribs are marinated to
perfection, coated in a thin layer of flour, and deep-fried until crispy. While they
may not be very large in size, they are undeniably delicious. At the very least, they
look and taste much better than the Michelin-recommended pork ribs in the
Taichung city center.

豬耳朵$45一份,吃起來的口感跟湖南味那種很像,屬於比較軟的那種。
Pig ears, $45 per serving, have a texture similar to Hu-Nan-Way , belonging to
the softer variety.

滿漢牛肉麵$170也就是我們一般熟悉的牛三寶麵,沒有分大小碗,份量
其實挺足的。大致上看起來給料算是實在,不過湯頭部分風味略顯單薄,
好像這一帶出來的紅燒湯頭都是一個樣,包括湖南味,還有精武、雙十
路交叉口麵線糊隔壁那家牛肉麵的湯也是這樣清清如水,沒啥滋味~
The "Man Han Beef Noodle Soup" costs $170, which is equivalent to what we
commonly know as "Beef Three Treasures Noodles." There is no distinction between
small and large bowls, and the portion size is quite generous. Overall, it appears to
be a substantial serving, but the flavor of the soup base is somewhat lacking in richness.
It seems that the red-braised soup bases in this area all taste similar, including the
Hu-Nan-Way, as well as the noodles at the intersection of Jingwu and Shuangshi
Road. The neighboring beef noodle soup also has a clear and bland broth, lacking
in distinct flavor.

牛肉採用帶筋的牛腱部位製作,有別於一般店家多以帶厚度肉塊方式製
作,浙江味的牛肉比較像一心牛肉麵那樣切成薄片。不過一心的牛肉片
口感會帶點咬勁,浙江味的牛肉片則是軟的。
The beef used is from the muscular shank part, which is different from most other
restaurants that often use thick cuts of meat. The beef at here is sliced thinly, similar
to the style of sliced beef in "Yixin Beef Noodle." However, the sliced beef at Yixin
has a slightly chewy texture, while the sliced beef at here is tender.

牛肚的表現普普,以切條方式呈現略嫌太厚,如果能夠斜刀片薄應該會
非常好吃。
The cow's stomach exhibits an average texture, and its presentation in thick slices
may be slightly too thick. It would be much more delicious if it could be thinly sliced
with a diagonal cut.

牛筋口感偏軟爛,滷汁有入味。
The beef tendon has a soft and tender texture, and the braising sauce has a rich flavor.

基本上這家店的牛肉麵表現沒有到非專程去吃不可的程度,不過店裡除
了牛肉麵之外,其他種類的餐點也很多選擇,像我覺得一樣的滷牛肉拿
來做牛肉飯就應該還不錯。老闆親切有禮貌,環境整潔,用餐氛圍很棒
我想也是他們的優點,想吃粗飽剛好經過這邊可以參考看看囉~
Basically, the beef noodles at this place don't quite reach the level where you'd
make a special trip just to eat them. However, besides beef noodles, the menu offers
a wide variety of other dishes. For instance, I think using the same braised beef to
make beef rice would be quite good. The owner is friendly and polite, and the
atmosphere is clean, creating a great dining environment. I believe these are their
strengths. If you're looking for a satisfying meal and happen to be in the area, it's
worth considering this place!
