到了韓國釜山除了海鮮、燒肉之外,大家都知道韓國有全世界品質最好
的高麗蔘,因為產地優勢,人蔘雞也是很經典的韓國料理。

When visiting Busan, South Korea, aside from seafood and barbecue, it is 
well-known that South Korea has the best quality ginseng in the world due to 
its geographic advantage. Ginseng chicken is also a classic Korean dish.

今天就帶大家在海雲台這邊喝蔘雞湯,而且這還是一家名店喔。
沒錯,就是這家名品海雲台蔘雞湯(해운대소문난삼계탕)。

Today, I'll take you to enjoy ginseng chicken soup at Haeundae, and it's at 
a famous restaurant. Yes, it's "Haeundae Somunnan Samgyetang."

餐廳是獨棟的建築,雖然離熱鬧的龜南路並不遠,不過相對來說觀光客
比較不會走到這邊來。其實上次(2018)我來的時候,連這地區人潮都不
少,不過這回再訪海雲台發現,這邊原來的人潮明顯消失,看來一個
新冠疫情的摧殘影響真的不小。

The restaurant stands alone as a building, not far from the bustling Guinan Road. 
However, comparatively, fewer tourists tend to venture to this area. Actually, the last 
time I came here in 2018, there were quite a few people even in this area. But 
revisiting Haiyuntai this time, it's evident that the usual crowd has significantly 
diminished,indicating the substantial impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.

門口就有菜單可以參考,除了明確標價之外,還有韓、英、中三種語言
可以參考,點菜無障礙。價位從16000韓元的基本款蔘雞湯到頂級21000
韓元的鮑魚蔘雞湯,一共有六種套餐可以選擇,價格相當親民。

At the entrance, there is a menu available for reference which clearly displays 
prices in three languages: Korean, English, and Chinese, facilitating an easy 
ordering process. Prices range from 16,000 Korean won for the basic ginseng
chicken soup to 21,000 Korean won for the premium abalone ginseng chicken 
soup, with a total of six sets to choose from, all at very affordable prices.

因為獨棟建築,所以餐廳內部空間算是寬敞。櫃台設在進門的右側,入口
玄關有一個等候區。

Because it's a standalone building, the interior space of the restaurant is relatively 
spacious. The counter is located on the right side upon entering, and there's a 
waiting area in the entrance foyer.

用餐區以四人桌為主,桌間間隔也拉大,基本上用餐環境舒適。廚房在
後面採半開放式設計,阿珠媽備料烹調一目了然。

The dining area primarily features four-person tables, with increased spacing between
them, providing a comfortable dining environment. The kitchen, situated at the back, 
adopts a semi-open design, allowing patrons to have a clear view of Ah Zhu Mama's
preparation and cooking process.

若要說這家店令我印象最深刻的是什麼?我想任何人到店裡用餐,看到這
個藥酒櫃,真的要沒印象好像也是不簡單!先不講韓國是人蔘的產地,光
裡面使用的這些巨量的人蔘,我想價值就不言可喻。

What impressed me most about this restaurant? I think anyone who dines here and 
sees this medicinal liquor cabinet would certainly be impressed! Not to mention that
Korea is the home of ginseng, the sheer quantity of ginseng used inside is invaluable.

點完餐按照慣例,就是小菜先一樣樣先上桌。右上角是韓國的鹽巴,等等
喝雞湯不夠鹹可以自己調整。

Following the usual practice, the appetizers are served first, one by one. In the upper 
right corner is Korean salt, which you can use to adjust the saltiness if the chicken 
soup isn't salty enough.

每套餐點都有附贈店家自釀的人蔘酒,等餐的時候吃吃小菜喝一杯,喝
整個人都暖起來了。(未成年請勿飲酒)

Each meal set comes with a complimentary glass of the restaurant's homemade 
ginseng wine. While waiting for your meal, enjoy some appetizers and a drink; 
it really warms you up. 
(Minors are not permitted to drink alcohol.)

韓國每家餐廳的泡菜吃起來味道都不一樣,不過這家店這個應該不能叫
做泡菜,因為這一盤只是新鮮白菜葉拌上韓國辣醬沒有發酵,說起來比
較像是沙拉。口感爽脆,白菜本身的甜味跟辣醬很搭,好吃。

In Korean restaurants, the taste of kimchi varies from one place to another. However, 
in this particular restaurant, what they serve probably shouldn't be called kimchi 
because this dish consists of fresh cabbage leaves tossed in Korean spicy sauce 
without fermentation. It's more like a salad. The texture is crisp and crunchy, and 
the natural sweetness of the cabbage pairs well with the spicy sauce. It's delicious.

這一盤是新鮮水煮雞胗,搭配洋蔥、青陽辣椒以及韓式辣豆瓣。

This dish is fresh boiled chicken gizzards, accompanied by onions, green chili 
peppers, and Korean-style spicy bean paste.

鮑魚蔘雞湯是一道珍貴的營養湯品,結合了
鮮鮑魚和蔘與雞肉的美味。鮑魚帶來豐富的海味和彈牙口感,蔘增添
清香且有益健康的特性,而雞肉則賦予湯品豐富的蛋白質和鮮美的口感。
這道湯清淡而滋補,充滿濃郁的鮮味,不僅能補充體力,還有助於提升
免疫力和維持健康。

Abalone Ginseng Chicken Soup (21,000 Korean Won) is a precious nutritional 
soup that combines the deliciousness of fresh abalone, ginseng, and chicken meat.
Abalone brings rich seafood flavor and a chewy texture, ginseng adds a fragrant 
aroma and beneficial health properties, while chicken meat provides the soup with 
abundant protein and savory taste. This soup is light yet nourishing, full of rich 
flavors, not only replenishing energy but also helping to boost immunity and 
maintain health.

鮑魚上桌時是完整的整隻,要吃之前店裡的阿珠媽會為大家桌邊服務,
用剪刀幫大家分切鮑魚。基本上整隻鮑魚除了殼之外,剩下的部分都會
留在鍋裡,包括內臟。其實內臟也是可以食用,只是味道會有一點點帶
苦,吃不吃看個人。新鮮鮑魚的肉質爽脆鮮甜,來到韓國真的強烈推薦
大家一定要吃一下鮑魚。

When the abalone is served, it arrives whole on the table. Before eating, Mrs. Azhu,
the proprietor, provides tableside service, using scissors to portion the abalone for 
everyone. Basically, apart from the shell, the rest of the abalone, including its innards, 
is left in the pot. Actually, the innards are edible too, albeit with a slightly bitter taste, 
which is a matter of personal preference. The flesh of fresh abalone is crisp, tender, 
and sweet. When in Korea, I highly recommend trying the abalone—it's a must-try 
delicacy.

This bowl of delicious ginseng chicken soup boasts tender and juicy chicken pieces,
each mouthful bursting with rich chicken flavor. The melt-in-your-mouth sensation 
leaves a lingering taste that is truly delightful. The chicken meat is springy and melts
effortlessly, complemented by the fragrant aroma of ginseng, bringing a sense of 
tranquility and contentment. The broth is clear and rich, infused with a subtle ginseng
essence, warming both body and soul, leaving one feeling relaxed and blissful.

這個像薑的就是新鮮的人蔘,在韓國就是這樣真材實料,用的也是大支
的人蔘,沒有在用什麼蔘鬚的啦。這個人蔘可以直接吃,剛吃下去味道
會有一點點苦,但是嚼到後來會回甘。口感很像煮熟的紅蘿蔔,是不是
因為這樣子的關係,所以日文紅蘿蔔也叫做"人蔘"啊?

This looks like ginger, but it's actually fresh ginseng from Korea, where they use real,
large pieces of ginseng, not just the roots. You can eat this ginseng directly; it tastes a
bit bitter at first, but becomes sweet after chewing. The texture is similar to cooked 
carrots, which is interesting since in Japanese, carrots are also called "ninjin." Maybe 
there's a connection?

最後一定要介紹一下這家的化妝室,除了相當乾淨清潔之外,還有韓國
連酒店都不太標配的免治馬桶,在這邊上廁所相當舒服呀~

I definitely have to mention the makeup room of this place. Not only is it very clean 
and tidy, but it also features a bidet toilet, which isn't even standard in many Korean 
hotels. It's really comfortable to use the bathroom here~
