In Korea, there's a kind of hunger called "Ajuhmma worries you might be hungry!"
從開始看韓劇以來,尤其是雙甲路邊攤看完之後,到韓國旅遊一直
想嘗試一下在這攤車帳篷裏面用餐的感覺。雖然說隻前去首爾的時
候有跟人家去過一次,但那次只是短暫停留擔任付錢的訪客,從頭
到尾點餐來吃還真沒經驗。
Since I started watching Korean dramas, especially after watching "Midnight Diner,"
I've always wanted to try dining inside one of those tented food stalls in Korea.
Although I did visit one briefly when I went to Seoul before, it was just a quick stop
as a paying guest, and I didn't have the experience of ordering and eating a full meal
from start to finish.
因為許久沒到釜山,這次前往之前在台灣特別做了些功課,然後就被我
發現酒店附近竟然就有一個攤車村海鮮大排擋,二話不說,安排!!!

這地方就位於海雲台沙灘邊,從龜南路走過去並沒有很遠,大概位置
就是面對沙灘往右走,經過水族館跟警察局入口處再走過去不久就可
以看到,攤車村的入口處在公廁旁邊,相當好找。
This place is located next to Haeundae Beach. It's not far from Gunam Road; you just
need to walk towards the beach, turn right, pass by the aquarium and the entrance to
the police station, and you will see it soon. The entrance to the Haeundae Cart Bar
Village is right next to the public restroom, making it easy to find.
非假日的海雲台沙灘晚上,其實遊客也是寥寥無幾。這邊有很多帳篷,
但大部分的店都沒有客人。仔細看了一下來消費的,好像也都是韓國本
地人,沒有看到像觀光客的~(因為我沒上帝視角看不到自己,謝謝!)
最後繞了一圈之後,選擇這家帳篷第24號的店入座。理由很簡單,因為

On non-holiday evenings, Haeundae Beach is quite deserted. There are many tents
here, but most of the shops are empty. From what I observed, the customers seemed
to be all locals; I didn't notice any tourists (and since I don't have a bird's-eye view, I couldn't see myself, thanks!). After wandering around, I chose to sit at tent number 24.
The reason was simple: there was a very pretty Korean girl inside when I arrived, haha~
這麼多活海鮮真的不知道從何點起?後來看隔壁桌有吃波龍,跟阿珠媽
詢問後說可以做套餐。收費方式波龍大隻一套210000韓元、小隻一套
170000韓元,折合台幣約4250~5200,只有兩人吃就來套小隻的。
When faced with so many live seafood options, it's hard to decide where to start.
After noticing the table next to us enjoying Boston lobster, we asked Ajuhmma,
and she said we could get a set meal. The pricing for a large set of Boston lobster is
210,000 Korean Won and 170,000 Korean Won for a smaller set, which is approximately 4250 to 5200 in New Taiwan Dollars. Since there were only two of us, we went for
the smaller set.
記得我們是點小隻的,結果過沒多久阿珠媽突然抓著一隻活大波龍問我
們要不要拍照?沒錯,阿珠媽手上這隻大波龍,就是我們套餐裡面那個
小隻的,也太大了吧!!!(驚)
Remember we ordered the small one, but not long after, Auntie Zhu suddenly grabbed
a live lobster and asked us if we wanted to take a photo? Yes, the lobster in Ajumma’s
hand, the one from our set meal, was supposed to be small. It was huge!!!
首先上桌的是附餐的部分,除了三色蔬果外,還有活鮑魚、海鞘、海腸
以及活章魚刺身。這些通通都是包括在剛剛點的170000韓元套餐裡。
First to be served were the side dishes, including a trio of vegetables and fruits,
live abalone, sea squirt, spoon worm, and live octopus sashimi. All of these were
included in the 170,000 Korean won set meal we ordered.
三色蔬果有金棗、黃瓜片以及小番茄。
The tricolor vegetables and fruits include kumquats, cucumber slices, and cherry
tomatoes.
生吞活章魚是韓國特有的吃法,這個章魚切好上桌還會四處流竄,一邊吃
還要一邊顧真的好忙。這道菜真的是看人吃,我個人是覺得還不錯,但是
千萬記得要充分嚼碎才能吞,否則被章魚吸盤吸住食道就麻煩囉~
Eating live octopus, a unique practice in Korea, involves slicing the octopus and
serving it while it's still squirming on the plate. It's quite a busy experience as you have
to keep an eye on it while eating. Personally, I find it enjoyable, but remember to
chew thoroughly before swallowing to avoid any trouble with the octopus suction
cups sticking to your throat!
這個是韓國海產店到處都有的海鞘,因為我們台灣人的餐桌上幾乎看不
到這個,所以來到韓國真的推薦大家可以吃吃看。韓國的都市傳說據說
用海鞘的硬殼盛燒酒,喝起來的口感會更棒,我是不喝燒酒不知道啦~
This is sea squirt, commonly found in Korean seafood markets. Since it's not very
common on Taiwanese dinner tables, I highly recommend trying it when in Korea.
According to urban legends in Korea, drinking soju from the hard shell of sea squirt
enhances the flavor. I wouldn't know since I don't drink alcohol, though!
這是海鞘可以吃的部位,通常是其身體的肉體部分,稱為體壁或皮膚。
這些部位通常具有柔軟的質地和特殊的海洋味道,能不能接受就看個人,
我是覺得味道跟看起來很像的海膽比起來,會比較腥一點。
This is the edible part of the sea squirt, usually its fleshy body part known as the
body wall or skin. These parts typically have a soft texture and a distinctive marine
flavor, which may or may not be to everyone's liking. I personally find it to be slightly
fishier compared to sea urchin, which it resembles in appearance.
這個是海腸,吃起來脆脆的口感有點像螺肉,沒什麼特別的味道,吃的時
候可以沾一點芥末醬油或是韓國辣椒醬。特別注意的是這東西要趁新鮮趕
快吃,不然稍微放一下他會出水,口感就不脆了也不好吃。
This is spoon worm, which has a crunchy texture somewhat like snail meat and
doesn't have a distinct flavor. It can be eaten with a bit of mustard soy sauce or
Korean chili paste. It's important to eat it fresh because if it sits for a while, it will
release water, losing its crunchiness and taste.
新鮮的活鮑魚,做成刺身吃起來口感很脆。
Fresh live abalone, when made into sashimi, has a very crisp texture.
大波龍肉身做成生魚片,口感爽脆鮮甜,重點是吃好久都吃不完,蝦肉
真的有夠厚實。
Thick slices of Boston lobster flesh are used to make sashimi. The texture is crispy
and sweet, and the best part is that it seems to last forever. The shrimp meat is really
substantial.
至於蝦頭以及取完肉的蝦殼,阿珠媽則幫我們用清蒸的方式料理。因為
這隻龍蝦真的很大,即使肉身剃下來做生魚片,殘留的蝦肉還是不少。
蝦頭有著滿滿的黃,還沒吃光看就覺得腳有點痛痛的~XD
接下來這一鍋就厲害了,阿珠媽好像怕我們光喝酒吃不飽,主動說要請我

helped us cook them by steaming. Because this lobster is really big, even after shaving
off the meat for sashimi, there's still a lot of leftover flesh. The lobster head is full
of roe, and just looking at it before finishing eating makes you feel a bit
aching (gout) ~XD
接下來這一鍋就厲害了,阿珠媽好像怕我們光喝酒吃不飽,主動說要請我
們吃泡麵。本來想想不過就泡麵,結果後來事實證明,完全不是自己想的
那回事~哈哈哈~
The next pot is going to be amazing. It seems like Ajumma was worried we'd
get hungry from just drinking, so she offered to treat us to instant noodles. Initially,
I thought it was just instant noodles, but as it turned out, it was completely beyond
what I had imagined~ Hahaha~
你們看阿珠媽煮出來的泡麵長這樣,這根本就是另一道主菜了,如果這
鍋拿來賣,我想台幣沒破千應該吃不到。泡麵裏頭有一大堆活扇貝、活
章魚、韓國魚板、甚至連活鮑魚都一起下去了。
Look at the instant noodles Ajumma cooked up - it's practically another main course!
If she were to sell this pot, I doubt you could get a taste without spending over a
thousand Taiwanese dollars. Inside those noodles, there's a heap of live clams,
live octopus, Korean fish cakes, and there's even live abalone thrown in.

還有這個活鮑魚也是整顆下鍋,原來韓國真的有一種餓,叫做阿珠媽
怕你餓。整個吃下來包括10瓶TERRA一共只花了220000韓元,折合台
幣大概不到5500元,加上阿珠媽招待的無敵奢華海鮮泡麵,這價位真
的超划算。阿珠媽是海雲台攤車村24號帳篷,點餐的方式記得只要一
開始跟阿珠媽講好價錢,後面就不用擔心被亂追加。啤酒一瓶不管在
哪種店或餐廳喝,應該都是5000韓元一瓶。如果有興趣,可以到24號
帳篷用餐,阿珠媽很親切喔~親切到出完餐直接放空城把我們丟在店,
然後自己到隔壁喝酒去囉~哈哈哈哈
I also put the whole live abalone directly into the pot. It turns out that in Korea,
there's a kind of hunger called being 'Azumma-hungry'—the fear that you might
be hungry. The whole meal, including 10 bottles of TERRA, only cost 220,000 Korean Won, which is about less than 5500 New Taiwan Dollars. Plus, Ajumma's treat of a luxuriously extravagant seafood ramen, the price is really a steal. Ajumma’s place
is tent number 24 in Haeundae Cart Bar Village . When ordering, just agree on the
price with Ajumma at the beginning, and then you won’t have to worry about
random charges being added. The price for a bottle of beer, no matter which type
of store or restaurant, should be 5000 Korean Won each. If you're interested, you
can dine at tent number 24. Azumma is very friendly—so friendly that after serving,
she literally left us in the empty tent and went next door to drink. Hahaha.
