這就是我在廟東夜市發現的日式料理店。 沒有醒目的招牌,只有一條略顯
老舊的綠白條紋遮雨棚,勉強遮蔽著這間看似不起眼的店面。 如果不是對這
裡很熟悉,恐怕走過路過,也不會多看一眼。
This is the Japanese restaurant I discovered in Miaodong Night Market. There's no eye-catching signboard, only a slightly worn green and white striped awning that barely covers this seemingly inconspicuous storefront. If you weren't familiar with this place, you'd probably walk right by without giving it a second glance.

看看這架勢!這哪是關東煮攤?根本是關東煮工廠!🏭 這巨大的不鏽鋼鍋,
簡直是這家店的靈魂!各種食材分區擺放,冒著熱氣,香氣四溢,專業度百分百!
Look at this setup! This isn't a food stall, it's a food factory! 🏭 This giant stainless steel pot is the soul of this place! Various ingredients are placed in different sections, steaming hot and fragrant, 100% professional!

廟東的店鋪大多都是一個單位空間都不大,這間店有兩個單位算是寬敞的。
Most of the shops in Miaodong are small, but this one has two units, which is considered spacious.
接下來就來看食物,我因為一個人食量有限所以沒有點很多。關東煮是在
外面鍋邊現點,所以價目表上沒有關東煮,基本上以品項計費。
生魚手卷當時一卷95元,特別的點是裡面包的兩條鮪魚生魚片都是整條的。
每一口咬下都有吃到生魚片,真的超級過癮。
Alright, let's take a look at the food. Since I was dining alone and had limited appetite, I didn't order much. The oden is ordered directly at the pot, so it's not on the menu. The price is basically per item.
The raw fish hand roll was NT$95 at the time. What's special is that it's filled with two whole strips of tuna sashimi. Every bite has sashimi, which is really satisfying.
我承認,我就是愛這種最簡單、最正統的海苔壽司!❤️ 沒有複雜的調味,
沒有花俏的裝飾,只有煎蛋的溫柔、小黃瓜的清新、胡瓜乾的濃郁、以及醋飯
的香甜。 每一口,都那麼實在、那麼滿足!他們家的海苔壽司是大卷,雖然一份
只有四切,但是份量算足,口感也較佳。
I admit, I love this simple, authentic seaweed sushi! ❤️ No complex seasoning, no fancy decorations, just the gentleness of fried egg, the freshness of cucumber, the richness of dried pickled gourd, and the sweetness of vinegared rice. Every bite is so satisfying! Their seaweed sushi is a large roll, and although there are only four pieces per serving, the portion is quite generous and the taste is excellent.

魚豆腐口感細緻爽口。
The fish tofu has a delicate and refreshing texture.

苦瓜封是傳統的黑輪好滋味~~
Stuffed bitter gourd is a classic oden delicacy.

這是淡水阿給,阿給這名稱由來就是日文的油豆腐(あぶらあげ)
This is Tamsui Agei, and the name "Agei" comes from the Japanese word for fried tofu (あぶらあげ).

油豆腐皮裡面包著粉絲跟肉餡,清爽不油膩,加了粉絲吃完會有飽足感~
至於多少錢我忘記了~全部好像吃了快300元的樣子~
The fried tofu skin is filled with glass noodles and minced meat, refreshing and not greasy. The glass noodles are very filling. As for the price, I forgot~ I think the total cost was around NT$300~
