這家雙羊牌羊肉爐位於南區五權南路上,鄰近中興大學,對面是信義國
小。之前常常開車經過充滿了好奇,因為他們實在太低調,但還自有品
牌感覺很厲害呀!
這一大鍋紅燒湯底就是他們家羊肉爐的靈魂,不誇張,我真的剛停好車
除了營業時間現場提供內用及外帶之外,店裡還有推出冷凍調理包,聽老
芹菜羊肚(200元) 這一道應該是羊肉店都一定會有的基本菜色。
羊肚跟芹菜以沙茶調味下鍋快炒,一整個鍋氣十足,要不是當天是下午

除了營業時間現場提供內用及外帶之外,店裡還有推出冷凍調理包,聽老
闆娘說其實這個才是他們店裡現在的主力產品。冷凍調理每包430元,因
為不像現場還有附火鍋鍋底、蔬菜,據老闆娘表示調理包肉量會比現場吃
多一點點。全台冷凍宅配,買10包還送1包,不論在家或是外出露營都很
適合,真的相當方便又划算。

強調採用台灣本土羊,我問老闆娘他說就是一般紐澳的冷凍羊排而已。
說真的,聽老闆娘講完再對照自己聞到的風味跟嚐到的滋味,我只能說
這家店真的很會燒羊肉!!

另外單點的羊腳筋,定價每支100元,然後當天因為幫老闆娘開市,所以
兩支才算我們150元,真的賺到。帶骨羊腳筋在紅燒湯裡裡面已經滷得相
當入味,羊筋跟骨頭基本上已經骨肉分離,還吸得到羊骨髓,一整個夠味
又滿足。
