一直以來吃紅燒羊肉爐,我個人總是堅持非帶皮羊肉不吃,不過今天發
現了這一家,徹底顛覆也改變了我吃羊肉爐多年來的習慣。春天的天氣
總是忽冷忽熱不穩定,所以還是恨適合吃羊肉爐的季節,一起來抓住春
天的尾巴好好享受這一鍋美味的羊肉爐吧!
I have always been a person who insists on eating lamb hotpot with skin 
on. However, today I discovered a restaurant that completely overturned
and changed my eating habits of lamb hotpot for many years. Spring 
weather is always unpredictable, so it is still suitable for eating lamb 
hotpot. Let's seize the tail of spring and enjoy this delicious lamb hotpot
 together!

雙羊牌羊肉爐

這家雙羊牌羊肉爐位於南區五權南路上,鄰近中興大學,對面是信義國
小。之前常常開車經過充滿了好奇,因為他們實在太低調,但還自有品
牌感覺很厲害呀!
This "Shuang Yang Brand Lamb Hot Pot" is located on Wuquan South 
Road in the southern district, near National Chung Hsing University 
and across from Xinyi Elementary School. I used to drive by it often and 
was always curious because they are very low-key, but they still exude 
a strong brand presence. It's really impressive!

就是這樣一家低調的小店,真的很難相信這家店竟然也供應著相當專業
的冷凍調理包。

這一大鍋紅燒湯底就是他們家羊肉爐的靈魂,不誇張,我真的剛停好車
就聞到香味了。
This big pot of braised soup base is the soul of their lamb hot pot. I'm not exaggerating, as soon as I parked my car, I could already smell the fragrance.

雙羊牌羊肉爐

除了營業時間現場提供內用及外帶之外,店裡還有推出冷凍調理包,聽老
闆娘說其實這個才是他們店裡現在的主力產品。冷凍調理每包430元,因
為不像現場還有附火鍋鍋底、蔬菜,據老闆娘表示調理包肉量會比現場吃
多一點點。全台冷凍宅配,買10包還送1包,不論在家或是外出露營都很
適合,真的相當方便又划算。
In addition to providing dine-in and take-out services during business 
hours, the store has also launched frozen meal kits, which according to the 
owner, are now the main product in their store. Each frozen meal kit costs 
430 Taiwanese dollars and does not include the hot pot base or vegetables 
like those served in the restaurant. However, the owner says that the meat 
portion in the frozen meal kit is slightly more than what is served in the 
restaurant. The frozen meal kits are available for home delivery throughout 
Taiwan, and for every 10 kits purchased, customers will receive one free kit. 
They are perfect for both at-home meals and camping trips, and are truly convenient and cost-effective.

芹菜羊肚(200元
) 這一道應該是羊肉店都一定會有的基本菜色。
"Celery Sheep Tripe (NT$200)" is a basic dish that should be available 
at any lamb restaurant.

羊肚跟芹菜以沙茶調味下鍋快炒,一整個鍋氣十足,要不是當天是下午
用餐天還亮著,來杯啤酒真的好對味呀!!
Stir-fried lamb tripe and celery with satay sauce was so flavorful that 
the whole wok was filled with aroma. If it wasn't still daylight when we 
had the meal that day, a glass of beer would have been the perfect match!

紅燒羊肉爐(430元) 現場內用鍋底會附上青菜以及豆腐等等,
沒有刻意去
強調採用台灣本土羊,我問老闆娘他說就是一般紐澳的冷凍羊排而已。
說真的,聽老闆娘講完再對照自己聞到的風味跟嚐到的滋味,我只能說
這家店真的很會燒羊肉!!
Braised lamb hot pot (NT$430) for dine-in comes with vegetables 
and tofu as the base. The restaurant doesn't particularly emphasize the 
use of locally sourced Taiwanese goat, and when I asked the owner, she 
mentioned that they use regular frozen lamb chops from New Zealand. 
However, after hearing her explanation and comparing it with the flavor 
and taste I experienced, I must say that this restaurant really knows how
to cook lamb meat well!

這個紅燒羊肉湯頭,聞起來有著濃濃的古早味。雖然羊肉沒有帶皮,但是
喝起來的口感還是相當濃郁滑順、口齒留香。
The red braised lamb soup has a strong traditional flavor that can be 
detected by its aroma. Despite the lamb being skinless, the soup still has 
a rich and smooth texture that lingers on the palate.

另外單點的羊腳筋,定價每支100元,然後當天因為幫老闆娘開市,所以
兩支才算我們150元,真的賺到。帶骨羊腳筋在紅燒湯裡裡面已經滷得相
當入味,羊筋跟骨頭基本上已經骨肉分離,還吸得到羊骨髓,一整個夠味
又滿足。
In addition, the lamb tendon can also be ordered separately for 100 NT 
dollars per piece. However, since I helped the boss open the store that 
day, we only charged 150 NT dollars for two pieces, which was a real profit. 
The lamb tendon with bones has been simmered in the red soup, and the 
tendon and bones have basically separated. It even absorbs the lamb bone
marrow, making it delicious and satisfying.
