夏日的晚上,能夠坐在露天海邊跟三五好友吃吃燒烤、喝喝啤酒,我想應
該是一件很享受的事情。萬萬沒有想到原來在寸土寸金的澳門,竟然也存
在一處這種秘境。而且,如果在當地沒交通工具+不喝酒的司機,連澳門當
地人想去都頗有難度呀~~~就算打計程車能去,酒足飯飽要回來的時候,
可是叫不到車唷~

enjoying barbecue and beer, must be a truly delightful experience. Never would I have
imagined that such a hidden gem could exist in the land-scarce city of Macau. Moreover,
it seems quite challenging for even the locals to access this place without their own
transportation and a non-drinking driver. Even if you manage to get there by taxi, it
would be difficult to find a ride back home after indulging in food and drinks.
過澳門本來就不大,雖然沒直接看到海,但是空氣中那種海味還是有的。
餐廳進門的地方是免費停車場,停車場旁邊就是店家料理區。
Although this restaurant is located on the black sand beach side of Macau, it actually
feels more like being in the mountains. However, Macau itself is not very large, so
even though you can't directly see the sea, you can still sense the sea breeze in the air.
The entrance of the restaurant has a free parking lot, and right next to it is the cooking
area of the establishment.
才剛到店就看到烤台上的食材不停的冒著煙在對我們招手,現場飄著濃濃
的炭燒香,如果在台灣這種連麵包店烤麵包香味都被當成空氣汙染,肯定
被檢舉。但殊不知,吃燒烤迷人之處,除了食物本身美味之外,氣味也是
相當不可或缺的一部分。沒搞得自己整身炭燒味,這烤肉怎麼會美味?
As soon as I arrived at the restaurant, I saw the ingredients on the grill continuously
emitting smoke, beckoning us. The air was filled with a rich charcoal aroma, which,
if it were in Taiwan, even the scent of toasting bread in a bakery could be considered
air pollution and reported. However, little did they know, the charm of barbecue lies
not only in the delicious food itself but also in the essential part played by the aroma.
Without immersing yourself in the smoky essence, how could barbecue be truly
delightful?
大家一定要記得每星期一公休,我們第一次本來要來的那天就剛好是星期一,
只能殘念。加上來這邊交通真的非常不方便,千辛萬苦來到現場才發現店休,
應該是一件悲劇。
Everyone must remember to have a day off every Monday. Unfortunately, on our first
planned visit, it happened to be a Monday, so we could only feel regretful. Moreover,
transportation to this place is truly inconvenient, and after going through numerous
hardships to arrive, we discovered that the store was closed, which turned out to be
quite a tragedy.

The dining area is located upstairs in a separate building. The interior dining space
exudes a strong Chinese charm, which seems a bit challenging to associate with
barbecue and beer, haha~
至於戶外露天用餐區,一看到現場就直覺這一切都對了~~~顧客群以年輕人
居多,看來都是熟門熟路的美食饕客呀~

The customer base consists mostly of young people, seemingly familiar food enthusiasts~
店裡準備制式菜單讓客人自己劃單點用,基本上菜名前面有個燒字,都是炭
烤類的,品項非常多。這邊顯示的價格都是MOP(澳門幣),跟台幣匯率差不
多都在3.8X左右。
The store is preparing a standardized menu for self-ordering, featuring a wide selection
of charcoal-grilled dishes. The prices on the menu are listed in MOP (Macau Pataca)
and are approximately equivalent to the New Taiwanese Dollar (TWD) at an exchange
rate of around 3.8X.
飲料類以可樂、汽水這類居多,還有一些涼水類如菊花茶、王老吉等等。
有趣的是店裡還有賣撲克牌,這裡是澳門也難怪,台灣可不能在公共場所
玩牌呀~哈哈哈哈~
Beverages here are mostly cola, soda, and some cold drinks like chrysanthemum tea
and Wong Lo Kat, etc. Interestingly, they also sell playing cards in the store. Well,
this is Macau, so it's not surprising. In Taiwan, playing cards in public places is not
allowed, haha!
青島啤酒(MOP$ 17 ) 青島啤酒是中國啤酒的代表,因為青島以前是德國的
租借地,雖然不是中國第一家啤酒廠,但主要供應當時在華德國人及一些
洋人,品質自然相當於德國水準。至於第一家啤酒廠,則是目前的哈爾濱
啤酒,當時1900年由俄國人開設,青島啤酒則是1903年創立,晚了三年。
Qingdao Beer (MOP$17) is a representative of Chinese beer. Qingdao was formerly
a German leased territory, and though it wasn't the first brewery in China, it primarily
supplied the German residents and some foreigners at that time, ensuring its quality
was on par with German standards. The first brewery in China was actually Harbin Beer,
established by Russian people in 1900, whereas Qingdao Beer was founded three years
later in 1903.
因為澳門是免稅的關係,雖然說這樣一瓶在外面7-11可能只賣MOP$ 10左
右,不過到餐廳本來喝酒貴一點也算正常,但其實也不貴一瓶台幣不到70,
也比在台灣熱炒店喝金牌便宜了。
Due to the tax-free nature of Macau, even though a bottle might only cost around MOP$10
at a 7-11 store, it is normal for restaurants to charge a bit more for drinks. However, in
reality, it is not expensive as a bottle costs less than NTD 70, which is even cheaper than
having local beer in a Taiwanese restaurant.
酒後不開車,未成年請勿偷喝酒!

招牌焗花甲(MOP$ 65/份) 所謂花甲就是我們台灣人熟悉的海瓜子,新鮮花甲
原汁原味焗烤至熟,只加上蒜末、香菜末、辣椒等提味,口感彈牙又鮮美。
Signature Baked Clams (MOP$ 65/per serving) This is the well-known small
clam in Taiwan. Fresh clams are baked to perfection, preserving their original flavors.
Only seasoned with minced garlic, cilantro, and chili to enhance the taste, resulting in
a delightful and flavorful chewy texture.
燒牛肋骨(MOP$ 35/塊) 這道燒牛肋骨也就是我們台灣人熟悉的炭烤帶骨牛小
排,每一份就是三塊帶骨的牛排。
Grilled Beef Ribs (MOP$ 35/piece)
This Grilled Beef Ribs dish is also known as the charcoal-grilled bone-in beef strip,
which is familiar to us Taiwanese. Each portion consists of three bone-in beef steaks.
燒魷魚鬚(MOP$ 48/份) 新鮮魷魚鬚刷上特製烤醬燒烤,咬勁十足!

翅。這個部位在日本燒烤裡面是常見的代表性食材,通常都是炭火直接鹽燒,
原汁原味也是考驗店家雞肉品質最簡單的方式。
Chicken Mid-Wings (MOP$ 58/per serving) Chicken mid-wings, also known as
chicken mid-joints in Taiwan, refer to the middle segment of the chicken wing. In Japanese
barbeque, this part is a commonly featured and representative ingredient. It is usually
grilled directly over charcoal with a simple seasoning of salt, allowing the original flavor
of the chicken to shine through. This straightforward method also serves as a test of the
restaurant's chicken quality.
厚實新鮮的雞中翼,是整隻雞翅肉質最鮮嫩的部位。刷上店家特製的蜂蜜燒
肉醬炭烤,雞油跟刷醬經過炭烤後產生的梅納反應,說有多香,聞到了嗎?
Thick and fresh chicken mid-wings are the most tender part of the whole chicken wings.
Brushed with the restaurant's special honey barbecue sauce and charcoal-grilled, the
chicken fat and sauce undergo the Maillard reaction during the grilling process, creating
an incredibly aromatic scent. Can you smell it?
燒雞翼尖(MOP$ 46/份) 有單賣雞中翼,取下來的翼尖當然也是一道菜,一
道下酒又吃得很忙的菜。雖然跟雞中翼比起來明顯沒啥肉,但是豐富的膠
原蛋白想補充吃這就對了。
Grilled Chicken Wing Tips (MOP$46 per serving) are available separately from the
chicken mid-wings. These wing tips, taken off from the wings, are also a delightful
dish, perfect for snacking while enjoying a drink. Although they may not have as much
meat as the chicken mid-wings, they are rich in collagen, making them a great choice
for those looking to replenish collagen intake.
燒風蟮(時價) 這一道叫做蟮,其實這裡指的蟮不是我們台南炒鱔魚那種鱔,
而是我們很熟悉的日本白鰻,當地也叫白蟮。新鮮鰻魚直接刷醬大火炭烤,
雖然感覺跟日本浦燒鰻方式差不多,但是蜜汁烤醬燒出來的烤鰻滋味,說真
的跟日本風味真的大相逕庭。吃的時候除了一開始迎面撲鼻而來的炭烤香氣
之外,因為刷醬用了蜂蜜,魚肉表面咬下去的瞬間,還會有一咪咪脆口感。
Grilled Eel (Current Price) This dish is called "Shan," but the type of eel referred to
here is not the same as the eel used in Tainan-style stir-fried eel. Instead, it is the
well-known Japanese white eel, also known locally as "white shan." Fresh eel is directly
brushed with sauce and grilled over an open flame. While it may seem similar to the
Japanese unagi grilled over charcoal, the taste of the honey-glazed grilled eel is truly
distinct from the Japanese flavor. When eating, apart from the initial aroma of charcoal
grilling that hits your nose, the use of honey in the glaze provides a slight crispiness
on the surface of the fish when you take a bite.
燒青椒(MOP$ 32/份) 有別於台灣市面上一般會烤得比較脆口,這邊的青椒烤
的口感會比較軟一點。
Grilled Green Peppers (MOP$32 per serving) are different from the ones commonly
found in the Taiwanese market, as they are grilled to a softer texture instead of the usual
crispy one.
基本上真的好吃得很平均的一家店,基本上吃到的沒有一項是雷,反而吃完
回來還會想念。只是這家店的交通實在是不方便,當天要不是有在地友人開
車帶我們去,一個公車一小時一班、甚至三更半夜連電召計程車都叫不到的
地方,我們當觀光客的還是逮到珍貴的機會再去吧!
This place is generally really delicious with consistently good dishes, and there wasn't
a single disappointing item. In fact, after eating here, I even found myself missing the
food. The only downside is that the location is quite inconvenient. If it weren't for a local
friend driving us there on the same day, it would have been difficult to reach as the bus
service is infrequent, and even calling a taxi late at night is almost impossible. As tourists,
we'll have to seize another precious opportunity to visit again!
