就是得用帶筋的牛腱肉來燒才道地。就在前陣子牛肉麵的尋覓,意外讓
我發現這家位於中國醫大附近的這家小麵店。

拉客麵食館位於台中市北區健行路、永興街口附近,這是一家我在GOOGLE
MAP上意外發現的店。稍微了解一下這家店背景,他們是從水湳大鵬市場那
邊搬到現址,網路評價也都相當不錯。
The noodle restaurant is located near the intersection of Jianxing Road and Yongxing
Street in the North District of Taichung City, Taiwan. I accidentally discovered this
restaurant on Google Maps. After some brief research, I found out that they relocated
from the Shuinan Dapeng Market to their current location. They have received positive
reviews online.
店裡餐點以牛肉麵為主軸,也有供應一些時令特別餐點,也有供應真空調
理包讓大家帶回家隨時想吃就有。
The restaurant mainly focuses on beef noodle soup, but also offers seasonal special dishes. Additionally, vacuum-sealed meal kits are available for customers to take home and enjoy whenever they desire.
初訪此店晚餐就點這樣,再多我也吃不下~

牛肚($50) 表現中規中矩,分量方面偏少。
Beef tripe ($50) is decent in terms of taste, but the portion size is somewhat small, and it
can be a bit chewy. It's enough to fill the gap between your teeth.
水餃($60/10顆) 除了牛肉麵之外,如果店裡有賣餃子,通常我也都會點來
參考。水餃有韭菜跟高麗菜兩種口味,如有需要可以混搭。
雖然水餃個頭不算大,不過內餡倒還算飽滿,韭菜餡的口感我可以接受。
