度達到顛峰。原本因為疫情期間不景氣的機場美食區,也隨著新品牌進駐
又再度慢慢活躍起來。解封後因為出去都是搭星宇航空,所以只在一航站
活動,這次到日本因為搭乘華航班機,才有機會再度來到桃機二航廈搭機
出境。

暑假期間機場等候出境的旅客真的爆多,雖然已經有提早一點到了,還是
得排隊好一下子。這時候真的就跟大家分享一下出境前48小時提早辦理網
路報到真的超方便,來到機場只是掛行李托運,真的超快速。如果沒有託
運行李的話,直接拿手機下載電子登機證直接出關就好。

checked luggage, you can simply download the electronic boarding pass on your phone
and go through customs directly.
辦完行李托運之後,按照慣例就是先找東西吃囉~一開始我是先去樓上展
望台樓層看,結果不是每家店都有營業,禮拜六竟然沒全開?後來回到出
境大廳,看到樓上好像也有設用餐區。

這個美食區空間沒有很大,加上當天出國的人實在不少,所以比較舒服的
座位幾乎都有人了。

來到機場還吃漢堡王有點瞎,最後決定吃這家台中吃不到的安全牌牛肉
麵。雖然一定是調理包出餐,不過品質上店家是做得還不賴~以前來到
機場除了華航貴賓室之外,就只能在禁區吃好饗廚房的牛肉麵。之前還
有一招最便宜的就是去台酒免稅店買花雕牛肉泡麵,不過這幾次去看好
像也沒賣了~

have some safe and familiar beef noodles that you can't find in Taichung. Even
though it's probably pre-packaged and reheated, the quality is still pretty decent.
Whenever I come to the airport, aside from the China Airlines VIP lounge, my go-to
option for beef noodles used to be Homee Kitchen in the restricted area. There
used to be a trick to get the cheapest option, which was to buy instant beef noodle
soup with Hua Diao wine from the TTL duty-free shop, but it seems like they don't
sell it anymore in recent times.

如何辨別店家是否為冷凍調理包出餐的方式。基本上,除非該店家生意爆
火到來不及再煮高湯,通常不給大家加湯的連鎖牛肉麵,基本上用調理包
的機率非常高。接著就是出餐速度如果異常快,代表他們不但是用牛肉調
理包,甚至連麵也是預煮過的冷凍熟麵,才有可能那麼快速!

不過現在的冷凍調理包品質已經跟以往有很大的差距,甚至有的技術好的,
坦白說覆熱後吃起來跟現煮的口感,也沒啥多大差別。所以有需要的話,
其實網購個幾包放在家裡冷凍庫裡,想吃隨時有很方便,加點蔥花、蔬菜
跟去店裡吃沒兩樣!
