品賣就是製作PIZZA,這也是我一頭踏入餐飲界的濫觴,所以對PIZZA這種
食物,個人有著一份相當特別的感情。早期餐廳選擇比較少的時候,如果想
吃PIZZA一般都是向連鎖餐廳購買。直到後期有些餐廳開始在自家砌窯,手
工窯烤PIZZA就漸漸在市面上能見度比較高。今天要介紹的這家店其實就在
我家附近,2013年曾經介紹過,突然心血來潮想吃就去帶了。

Because of my experience working at a PIZZA shop during my childhood, the first food
I ever made with my own hands and used as a product to sell was crafting PIZZA. This
also marked the beginning of my journey into the culinary world. Therefore, I have a
particularly special attachment to this type of food. In the earlier days when there were
fewer restaurant choices, if you wanted to have PIZZA, you would generally buy it from
chain restaurants. It wasn't until later that some restaurants started building their own
ovens and handcrafting PIZZAs, gradually increasing their presence in the market. The
shop I want to introduce today is actually near my home. I mentioned it in 2013, and on
a whim, I decided to go there again when I felt a craving for it.

以前店名叫做柴燒窯烤PIZZA,現在則是手工窯烤PIZZA,我不清楚店有
沒有換人做?反正也不重要啦,窯烤出來的PIZZA就是棒!

Oven-baked PIZZA." I'm not sure if there has been a change in ownership or not.
Anyway, it's not that important. The PIZZA that comes out of the oven is fantastic!

單上的口味很多,但有一些品項已經暫停供應。不過對我來說是沒差,因為
吃PIZZA我差不多都是固定吃起司臘腸這一類。

手工製作的餅皮塗上番茄底醬,接著放上臘腸片、黑橄欖、蘑菇片、洋蔥、
鋪上乳酪絲後放進爐中窯烤。烤好的PIZZA餅皮吃起來有著天然的麵香,配
合醬汁微微的酸與臘腸本身的鹹味跟辣味,非常純粹的風味。因為不油膩,
即使放涼了依然美味。
The handcrafted dough is spread with a tomato sauce base, then topped with slices of
salami, black olives, mushroom slices, onions, and a layer of cheese. It is then placed
in the oven for baking. The baked PIZZA crust has a natural, aromatic taste of the dough,
complemented by the slight acidity of the sauce and the savory and spicy flavors of the
salami. It's a very pure and distinct flavor. Because it's not greasy, it remains delicious
even when cooled.
