[台南小吃][中西700] 包成羊肉 賴清德的最愛,爌肉才是在地人的首選啊!(台南美食 台南旅遊 在地人也愛吃 )

雖然台南的鮮牛肉湯很有名,但是可能因為宗教或信仰方面的關係,其實
不吃牛肉的人也很多。不能吃牛肉的人有的可以吃羊肉,其實冰箱不說大
家可能不知道,台南市區的羊肉店其實也不比岡山少唷~  

Although beef soup is famous in Tainan, there are actually many people who cannot eat 
beef due to religious or personal beliefs. However, some of these individuals can consume lamb meat. In fact, not many people may be aware, but there are numerous lamb meat 
shops in the urban area of Tainan, comparable to those in Gangshan.

凌晨興致勃勃開車衝到安平想吃文章牛肉湯結果吃閉門羹,後來
突然想到
這家還沒插旗過,於是就怒吃包成羊肉洩恨! XD

Excitedly driving to Anping in the early morning, I was looking forward to having the 
famous "Wen Zhang Beef Soup" but ended up being disappointed as it was closed. 
However, I suddenly remembered a restaurant that I hadn't tried yet, so I angrily satisfied 
my hunger by devouring a serving of lamb soup to vent my frustration! XD~

到的時候差不多六點出頭,因為星期二非假日加上有點下雨,所以並沒有
像周末假日一大清早就排隊爆滿。坦白說冰箱我最喜歡這樣的用餐環境,
有時候假日人多時一邊吃還要一邊接受那些正在等候的人監視自己的眼神,
吃起來超緊張的內~~隔壁阿堂鹹粥周二一樣沒開~

When I arrived, it was around six o'clock in the morning. Due to it being a non-holiday Tuesday and with a slight drizzle, the place wasn't crowded like it would be on a weekend 
or holiday. To be honest, I prefer this kind of dining environment, as sometimes during 
busy weekends, I feel nervous while eating under the watchful eyes of people waiting in 
line. It's a relief that the neighboring Aunt Tang's Congee Shop is also closed on Tuesdays.

看著店內這塊告示就不難想像生意好時來店客應該遵守的規矩為何?

Looking at this sign inside the store, it's not difficult to imagine the rules that customers should follow when business is good.

不過以上都跟我無關,因為我來這天店裡只有空曠兩字可以形容呀~

However, none of the above matters to me because the word that describes this place 
when I arrived is simply "empty." But enough chit-chat, let's quickly take a look at the 
food! XD

吃羊肉我想辣豆瓣醬這東西應該是不可或缺的吧?桌上備有醬油膏跟薑絲,
大家可以依照自己口味調配沾料。

Eating lamb, I think spicy bean paste is essential, right? We also have soy sauce paste 
and shredded ginger on the table, so everyone can adjust the dipping sauce according 
to their own taste.

因為沒有來吃過所以最後就很保守的點了這些當早餐.....

Because I haven't been here before to eat, I played it safe and ordered these items for breakfast...

這是成語羊腸小徑裡指的羊腸實品,沒有什麼特殊的烹調僅汆燙至熟爛。

The intestines of a sheep, which are simply blanched until fully cooked, without 
any special seasoning or cooking method.

雖然看起來很油,但實際吃起來的感覺還算爽口不膩,而且鮮度十足不帶一
絲腥羶味,一份$70元(2023.07價格為小份$110)不是很便宜但好吃。

Although it looks oily, the actual taste is refreshing and not greasy at all. Moreover, it is incredibly fresh without any hint of fishy or unpleasant odor. At a price of $70
 (in July 2023, the price for a small portion is $110), it may not be very cheap, but it is delicious.

包成羊肉08

再來是羊肉湯,包成的湯頭有分清湯跟當歸,肉的部分則有分肉片跟肉塊
兩種,其中肉塊他們叫做爌肉。當歸湯頭雖然顏色看起來很深,不過喝了
的感覺是相當鮮甜,藥味其實不會很重。清湯好像加湯免費,不過當歸湯
要加得另外收費。

Next is lamb soup, which comes in two types of broth: clear broth and angelica (danggui) broth. As for the meat, it is available in two forms: sliced meat and chunks of meat. 
Although the angelica broth appears dark in color, it actually has a refreshing and sweet
taste, with the medicinal flavor not being too strong. It seems that adding extra clear broth 
is free, but there is an additional charge for adding angelica broth.

肉塊部分看起來像羊腩肉,也就是肚子這一部分,不帶皮。實際吃的結果
我發現其實肉本身就已經煮得湯頭的味道都進去了,其實詹不沾醬都還滿
不錯吃的~這樣一碗份量不大要$120元(2023.07中碗$150),價格算中高囉~

The meat portion looks like lamb belly, which is the stomach area without the skin. 
When I actually tasted it, I found that the meat itself had absorbed the flavors of the 
broth, so it was delicious even without dipping it in sauce. It was quite tasty! A bowl 
of this dish, which is not very large in portion, costs $120 (in July 2023, the 
medium-sized bowl costs $150). The price is considered medium to high.

在這邊點羊肉湯不附飯,所以白飯要另外花$10加點,這一餐總共花了$200,
坦白說我這小鳥胃級吃完大概只有7分飽。雖然好吃但是價格實在讓人不敢
想像常常吃會變怎樣?給大家參考囉~

I ordered lamb soup here, but it doesn't come with rice. So, I had to pay an additional 
$10 to get rice. The total cost for this meal was $200. To be honest, even though it 
tasted good, I only felt about 70% full with my small appetite. The price is quite expensive, 
and I can't imagine what would happen if I ate like this regularly. Just sharing this for
 your reference!
