places I frequent for this kind of meal. One is "Tai Zu Squid Soup" on Mo-Fan Street, where I
enjoy iron plate fried rice with squid soup. The other is what I'm going to share with you in
this article, "Zhonghua Night Market Three Generations Fried Noodles."

用餐環境也比以前路邊攤時代舒適。

on Section 1 of Taiwan Boulevard, expanding its operations. The dining environment is
also much more comfortable compared to its previous roadside stall era.
料理區還保留以前的舊攤車,所有餐點都在這邊製作處理。
The cooking area still retains the old food carts from before, where all the dishes are
prepared and prepared.
新的用餐區明亮寬敞,還記得以前在路邊用餐只有幾張摺疊桌,光線還

面比較少看到的茄汁炒飯。基本上這款茄汁炒飯應該源自日治時代,因
為日本經典款的蛋包飯,大部分裡頭的炒飯就是這種口味。
Tomato Sauce Fried Rice $50

rice,and the other is a less common tomato sauce fried rice. This tomato sauce fried rice
likely originated during the Japanese colonial period, as it is the classic filling used in

雖然是沒什麼配料,不過吃到這種炒飯就想起以前小時候夏天太熱吃不
下飯,我啊罵就會去炒這種加了可果美番茄醬炒出來的酸甜炒飯,真的
小朋友看到基本上都會無法抗拒,然後乖乖吃飯~

有別於市面上大部分的肉羹湯頭多是柴魚口味,三代炒麵的湯頭是純豬
大骨下去熬的。搭配新鮮筍絲以及線座肉羹,吃得到天然的筍絲與豬骨
湯鮮味,口感清爽吃多也不會膩。

large pork bones. Paired with fresh bamboo shoot strips and handmade pork meatballs,
