老巷弄裡週休三日家的味道：合作新村阿貴麵店的外省麵與滷味 The Taste of Home in the Old Alley: Ah Gui Noodle Shop's Mainland-style Noodles and Braised Dishes 401台中東區

阿貴麵店位於台中市東區自強街25號，鄰近合作新村，已有約50年的

歷史，是當地知名的老字號麵店。目前該店由第二代接手經營，雖然

網路上有許多網友說現在的風味不如第一代老老闆，但我沒吃過第一

代，現在這碗卻讓我吃了後懷念起小時候在眷村的風味-那個只有在

腦海裡回味，卻永遠不可能再嚐到的滋味。

A-Gui Noodle Shop is located at No. 25, Ziqiang Street, East District, Taichung City, near Cooperative New Village. With a history of around 50 years, it is a well-known and long-established noodle shop in the area. Currently, the shop is operated by the second generation. Although many netizens have commented online that the flavor nowadays does not quite match that of the original owner, I never had the chance to try the first generation’s cooking. Yet, this bowl of noodles now reminds me of the taste from my childhood in the military dependents' village—a flavor that exists only in my memories and can never be savored again.

有點餓又不會太餓的時候，吃東西真的是一件很傷腦筋的事情。遇到這

種狀況，通常我都會來盤炒飯配碗羹。比較常去這樣吃的地方有兩處，

一處是模範街的太祖魷魚羹吃鐵板炒飯配魷魚羹，另一個就是本文要跟

大家分享的中華夜市三代炒麵。

When I'm a bit hungry but not too hungry, deciding what to eat can be quite a brain-teaser. 

In such situations, I usually opt for a plate of fried rice with a bowl of soup. There are two

places I frequent for this kind of meal. One is "Tai Zu Squid Soup" on Mo-Fan Street, where I 

enjoy iron plate fried rice with squid soup. The other is what I'm going to share with you in 

this article, "Zhonghua Night Market Three Generations Fried Noodles."

台中這家45年虱目魚肚粥$120 The 45-year-old Milkfish Congee Shop in Taichung. 台中小吃 中區400

拜物流產業發達之賜，過去許多具有產地優勢的農產食材，現在不用千里迢

迢跑去現場，也能在住的地方附近找得到。北上訪友搭火車回台中，因為晚

餐沒吃早已飢腸轆轆。剛好因選擇散步回家途中經過繼光街這家虱目魚老店，

那就乾脆吃飽再回家。

Thanks to the well-developed logistics industry, many agricultural food products with

regional advantages can now be found near where we live without the need to travel long

distances to the actual production sites. When I was visiting friends in the north and 

taking the train back to Taichung, I was famished because I hadn't had dinner. 

Coincidentally, while choosing to walk home, I passed by this old store on Ji Guang Street 

that serves milkfish. So, I decided to fill my stomach before heading home.

[台中小吃][中區] 中正路161巷眷村古早味麵攤 (台中美食 牛肉麵)

隨著眷村的拆除及改建，化整為零的結果現在很多記憶中的眷村味兒已
經越來越難找到囉。也因為眷村文化的式微，其實很多標榜眷村風味的
店早就已經把台灣味融入了。舉個例子來說，現在大家出去吃館子的時候
如果有泡菜這一道有沒發現大部分都是用醋泡的台式泡菜?在我的記憶中，
吃牛肉麵配的泡菜應該是自然發酵的四川泡菜才是。也許是做工繁複，
所以現在在市面上真的不常看到，大部分都是醋漬了事!以上只是突有所
感，純粹是個人立場及觀感，大家認為呢?

[台中小吃][東區] 大智路蕭記爌肉飯 (台中美食 台中爌肉飯)

身為台中人，總是對爌肉飯有著一份無法解釋的感情，畢竟全台灣
很難再找到像我們台中24小時都能吃到爌肉飯的地方囉。如果想整
天都吃爌肉飯，那麼一定就要從大智路這間"蕭"爌肉飯開始，因為
他們家早上五點半就開始營業，一直賣到中午才休息。如果要論爌
肉店的密度，我們台中市的忠孝路跟大智路這附近應該算是第一名。
光忠孝路上我吃過的爌肉飯就至少五六七八間，其中更不乏名店入
列唷。反正早上吃媽嚕蕭，中午可以去吃個阿頭或陳明統，到了晚
上可以到漢口路的東興市魯肉義載喀上一碗腳庫。至於消夜，當然
就是跑去第二市場的李海或是美村路上的松香囉。怎樣，我沒騙人吧!

(合作試吃紀錄)彰化二林-秋子古早味香腸

下午接到宅急便的電話，說有冷凍包裹送達。打開一看，原來是朋
友特別從彰化二林寄來的秋子古早味香腸及他們家的李振輝扁食燕丸。

其實秋子就是我朋友的姑姑，這香腸也是他們家家傳的古早味。其
實很久之前朋友就有跟我提過他姑姑的麵店以及香腸，只是因為香
腸只有在過年前製作，平常並沒有辦法吃到，所以一直沒有這口福。

這一家台南羅記阿全師無刺虱目魚，以前冰箱完全不知道。會知道
說來慚愧，因為這家位於台中市的店是多年前冰箱一個南部上來
台中工作的朋友帶我去吃的。雖然在台中，但口味完全是道地的
台南口味，這一點，已經從我家那位"道地的台南人"得到印證!
