家裡二樓預計下個月要開始動工裝潢，這陣子寶貝阿德專程從台南上來幫我「丟東西」。因為家裡的東西實在太多，雖然很多我都沒用到，不過說真的要動手去丟真的是一件麻煩事。這時候，委託跟這些東西完全沒關係的人來執行是最理想不過了。禮拜一下班心血來潮，想說帶阿德出去吃吃東西（禮拜天吃的是我煮的）。
因為他食量不是很大，所以想說吃吃小吃。清水排骨麵雖然在家附近也有分店，但是想說第一次帶他去吃，於是就專程前往豐原廟東的老店用餐。如果喜歡，以後就近在家附近買就可以了，口味差不多。
[EN] Since my good friend A-De came all the way from Tainan to help me clear out old stuff for my upcoming second-floor home renovation, I decided to treat him to some local street food. Although there's a branch near my house, I took him to the original Qingshui Pork Ribs Noodles at Fengyuan Miaodong Night Market for his first try. This way, if he likes it, we can easily grab it near my place next time.
豐原廟東夜市，位於中正路上，靠近火車站。我開始會去廟東吃東西，其實是從念大學之後開始的。因為那時候常常會騎摩托車回台中，從新竹出發後，經過苗栗那段前不著村、後不著店的山路之後，一到豐原，整個緊繃的精神就得到解放，然後就會在廟東停留，吃碗排骨麵再說。
[EN] I actually started visiting Miaodong Night Market during my university days. Back then, I would often ride my motorcycle from Hsinchu back to Taichung. After passing the long, desolate mountain roads in Miaoli, arriving in Fengyuan meant a much-needed rest and a comforting bowl of pork ribs noodles to relax my tense nerves.
老店其實店面小小的，稍一不留神就會走過頭，我這回就找了一下 XD。最簡單的方式，就是看哪裡有人在外面排隊等候，那就是那家了！店裡賣的東西很簡單，就只有排骨麵、排骨米粉以及排骨湯。
排骨酥先放到筒仔裡面蒸，然後再倒到碗裡面加上高湯、豆芽跟麵或米粉。最後灑上點胡椒跟香菜，這古早味真的令人很銷魂。吃的時候淋上一點烏醋，去油解膩口感很棒喔......看阿德整碗吃光光，想必這味道他也喜歡吧！
[EN] The original store is quite small, so the easiest way to find it is to look for the queue outside! They keep the menu simple, offering only pork ribs noodles, rice noodles, or just the soup. The pork ribs are steamed in small cylindrical cups first, then served with savory broth, bean sprouts, pepper, and cilantro. Add a splash of black vinegar to balance the richness—it's a nostalgic and soul-satisfying taste. Seeing A-De finish the entire bowl proved that he loved it too!
