除了拉麵、蕎麥麵之外,刀削麵跟蒸餃在韓國也是相當常見的麵食。
其實多年以前我第一次到韓國的時候有吃過他們的蒸餃,印象中韓國的
餃子口感跟我們印象中的餃子差很多,當然造型是第一個不同的地方。
而刀削麵的話,就跟我們熟悉的刀削麵類似。
Apart from ramen and soba noodles, knife-cut noodles and steamed dumplings are also quite common noodle dishes in Korea.
In fact, many years ago, when I first visited Korea, I tried their steamed dumplings. As I recall, the texture of Korean dumplings is very different from the dumplings we are familiar with. Of course, the appearance is the first notable difference.
As for knife-cut noodles, they are quite similar to the knife-cut noodles we are accustomed to.

這天搭BUSAN PASS免費的海雲台海岸列車,因為持通行證搭乘中途不
能下車,所以直接就到了松亭站。海岸列車的松亭站是舊有已廢線鐵道
的舊址。這個舊站曾經是韓國鐵道廳管理的釜山線上的一部分,服務於
松亭洞地區。該站於1934年首次開通,成為當地居民和旅客的交通樞紐。
松亭舊站的建築風格帶有典型的韓國日治時期特色,以木製結構為主,
整體設計簡約而實用。隨著時代變遷,鐵路系統的現代化進程加快,釜山
松亭舊站逐漸失去了其交通功能,並於2007年停止運營。
On this day, I took the Haeundae Coastal Train, which is free with the BUSAN PASS. Since the pass does not allow passengers to get off at intermediate stops, I went straight to Songjeong Station.
The Songjeong Station of the coastal train is located at the site of an old, decommissioned railway line. This old station was once part of the Busan Line managed by the Korean National Railroad, serving the Songjeong-dong area. Opened for the first time in 1934, it became a transportation hub for local residents and travelers.
The architecture of the old Songjeong Station reflects the typical style of Korea during the Japanese colonial period, characterized by a wooden structure with a simple yet functional design. However, with the rapid modernization of the railway system over time, the old Busan Songjeong Station gradually lost its transportation role and ceased operations in 2007.
說這家也不能說是路邊隨機選的,因為我們到松亭的時間太早,很多餐廳
都還沒有開。在韓國不比在台灣早上一大堆美又美、麥味登,基本上能找
到地方吃個早餐就很不錯了。
It wouldn’t be accurate to say that this restaurant was randomly chosen, as we arrived in Songjeong too early, and many restaurants weren’t open yet.
In Korea, it’s quite different from Taiwan, where there are plenty of breakfast chains like Mei & Mei or My Warm Day. Basically, just finding a place to grab breakfast in Korea is already quite fortunate.
兩個人看菜單看半天,啥也沒看懂,只知道賣的種類沒幾樣。
The two of us stared at the menu for quite a while but couldn’t understand a thing. All we could tell was that there weren’t many items on offer.
結果點餐是用平板機器,雖然是簡體但是人家有中文啦。基本上
這家店就是韓國刀削麵跟蒸餃子的專賣店。
兩個人點完一共25000韓元,韓國吃東西的物價指數真的不低呀~
It turned out that ordering was done using a tablet machine. Although it was in Simplified Chinese, at least there was a Chinese option!

小菜提供泡菜以及大頭菜,都是辣的可無限續。
The side dishes provided were kimchi and pickled radish, both spicy but refillable without limit.
其實我對韓國餃子的印象很深刻,深刻的地方在於我真的吃不慣他們的
口感。也許是因為麵粉裡面多加了馬鈴薯粉的關係?他們這種餃子應該只
能蒸(有點像清蒸肉圓的概念),如果下水煮肯定糊成一團,因為吃起來
的口感就是糊糊的。如果硬要做比較,那就跟我們的餛飩皮比較像。
韓國餃子的包法也跟我們包成元寶型的不太一樣,大部分都是圖中這個形狀。

內餡切得很碎基本上不帶湯汁,跟餃子皮一起吃起來的口感有點虛,坦白
Actually, I have a very strong impression of Korean dumplings, mainly because I really couldn't get used to their texture. Perhaps it's because they add more potato starch to the dough? These types of dumplings seem to be suited only for steaming (somewhat similar to the concept of steamed meatballs). If boiled in water, they would likely fall apart and turn into a sticky mess, as the texture when eating them is already quite mushy.
If I had to make a comparison, their texture is somewhat similar to the wrappers of our wontons.

刀削麵只有辣跟不辣兩種口味,單碗都是9000₩,折合台幣約在200元。
Knife-cut noodles come in only two flavors: spicy and non-spicy. Each bowl costs 9,000₩, which is approximately 200 TWD.
韓國的麵條口感還挺勁道的,然後還帶點獨有的Q彈度,我覺得可能是
因為加了馬鈴薯澱粉的關係。
Korean noodles have a pretty chewy texture with a unique bouncy firmness. I think it’s probably because they add potato starch to the dough.
關於這家店我也沒有覺得需要大推,只是一個在釜山用餐的紀錄,也讓大
家參考一下當地的消費物價水準。
I don’t feel the need to highly recommend this restaurant; it’s simply a record of a dining experience in Busan. It’s just something for everyone to refer to when considering the local price levels.
