[台中小吃][清水436] 清水牛肉麵 有四大塊軟嫩牛肉,半筋半肉超好吃!(台中美食 台中旅遊 在地人也愛吃 食尚玩家)

大年初六一大早,心血來潮想到之前社團團友推薦冰箱的大雅牛肉麵嚐
嚐鮮。無奈到了現場發現大門深鎖,門上的公告顯示老闆要到大年初八
才會開工,真的是大殘念。既然出門了,總是不能空手而回,想想自己
也好久沒到清水覓食了。原本搜清水牛肉麵只是想找清水地區的牛肉麵
店打打牙祭,沒想到還真的有家就叫做清水牛肉麵,而且食尚玩家早就
報導過,覺得自己還真是孤陋寡聞~
On the morning of the sixth day of the Lunar New Year, I had a sudden 
urge to try the Daya Beef Noodles that my club friends had recommended 
before. Unfortunately, when I arrived, I found the door was locked and there 
was a notice indicating that the boss wouldn't be back to work until the 
eighth day of the Lunar New Year. It was such a pity. Since I was already 
out,I couldn't return empty-handed. I thought I hadn't had beef noodles in 
QingShui for a long time, so I searched for QingShui beef noodle shops to 
satisfy my cravings. 
To my surprise, there was actually a shop called QingShui Beef Noodles, 
and it had been featured on the TV show . I realized how ignorant I was 
about local cuisine.

循著地址來到清水鰲峰路,靠近清水分局這邊,首先我覺得大家一定會
先被眼前這顆巨大的榕樹震撼到。至少你們沒有的話,我有!!!XD
Following the address to QingShui Aofeng Road, near the QingShui 
Police Station, the first thing I noticed was the massive banyan tree that 
is sure to impress anyone who sees it. At least, if you haven't been 
impressed by it, I certainly have! XD

鰲峰路清水分局這個路口很有趣,小小的區域竟然一次開了五家麵店,
其中有四家都賣牛肉麵,儼然是清水地區的牛肉麵大本營。大榕樹下這
家擀麵看起來也很厲害,下回有機會冰箱再來幫大家吃。
The intersection of Aofeng Road and Qingshui Branch is quite interesting, 
as within this small area there are five noodle shops, with four of them 
selling beef noodles, making it the beef noodle headquarters of the 
Qingshui area. The noodle shop under the big banyan tree also looks 
impressive, and I will definitely come back to try it next time I have the 
chance.

既然今天是出門找牛肉麵吃,那我們就到清水牛肉麵專心吃牛肉麵吧!
Since today we're going out to find some beef noodle soup, let's focus on 
eating beef noodle soup at Qing Shui Beef Noodle.

點餐方式是劃單點餐,這天去只見老闆有事先說上面劃掉的都沒有賣。
稍微看一下被劃掉的都是跟餃子有關係的。
The ordering method was to mark items on a paper menu. On this
 particular day, I noticed that the owner had crossed out items on the 
menu and said that they were no longer available. Upon closer inspection, 
I realized that all the items that were crossed out were related to 
dumplings.

小菜放在櫃子裡,都有標示品名跟價格,直接跟老闆點用即可。
The vegetables are stored in the cabinet with labels indicating their 
name and price. You can order them directly from the boss.

看櫃台邊這一鍋滷蛋,油油亮亮的看起來就很誘人!
Looking at this pot of braised eggs on the counter, they look very 
tempting with their shiny and oily appearance!

牆上的價目表也是逢餃子的項目就貼掉,不知道是不是過年人手不夠包
水餃才這樣?還是水餃已經不賣了我也不知道~XD
The price list on the wall is also taken down whenever it's time for dumplings. 
I'm not sure if it's because they don't have enough staff to make them during 
the Lunar New Year, or if they just don't sell dumplings anymore. I guess I'll
never know! XD

不過看後面牆角的醬料台上,還是有一些佐料是吃水餃會用得上的,比
如說蒜泥、白醋、香油等。
However, looking at the condiment table in the corner, there are still some condiments that would be useful for eating dumplings, such as garlic paste, 
white vinegar, sesame oil, and so on.

這天中午搶到最後這一小碟酸菜,嚐了一下發現酸菜的味道不夠濃郁,
加在麵裡吃幾乎感受不到它的存在。
At noon on this day, I managed to grab the last small dish of pickled 
vegetables. However, upon tasting it, I found that the flavor of the pickled vegetables was not strong enough, and when added to noodles, its 
presence was barely noticeable.

脆腸(30元) 這個材料就是我們一般吃的生腸,拌法屬於比較台式的做法。
只是問題還是出在酸菜,酸菜味不夠這道菜真的味道尚未打很大的折扣。

牛肚Beef tripe(NT$60)

牛肚點用之後店家會再放進滷汁燙過,如果大家不喜歡吃軟軟爛爛的牛
肚,應該可以事先交代店家不要再燙過。冰箱今天吃到的牛肚就是軟軟
爛爛的口感,覺得越吃越噁心,後來也沒完食。
After using the beef tripe, the restaurant will put it back into the braising
sauce to cook again. If you don't like the soft and mushy texture of the 
beef tripe, you can ask the restaurant not to cook it again beforehand. 
The beef tripe I had from the refrigerator today had a soft and mushy 
texture, which made me feel more and more nauseous as I ate it, and I 
couldn't finish it in the end.

雖然說現在在外面吃一碗牛肉麵破百元不是什麼新聞,不過這家的百元
牛肉麵(2023已漲至120元)不但價格公道,重點是牛肉竟然給了四大塊,
我強調是大塊喔!!!
While it's not news that a bowl of beef noodles can cost over 100 NT 
dollars these days, this particular one priced at 120 NT dollars (as of 2023) 
not only offers a fair price, but also four large pieces of beef - and I mean, 
really large!

採用半筋半肉的牛腱子肉,滷好的牛肉塊外型相當完整,我真的要用漂
亮來形容。牛筋部分已經完全滷透,牛肉口感柔軟,入味又不柴,真的
是水準相當高的燒牛肉。
Using a combination of beef tendon and beef shank, the braised beef 
chunks have a remarkably intact appearance. The beef tendon has been 
completely braised, while the beef has a soft texture and is flavorful 
without being dry. It is truly a high-quality grilled beef dish.

牛肉除了大塊,其實他們切法也是不手軟的厚喔。
In addition to being sold in large cuts, beef is also sliced generously 
without hesitation.

麵條用的是扁麵條比一般陽春麵細一點,口感上麵雖比較沒有細麵來得
有勁,不過麵量真的給不少,小碗的要吃飽應該也不是問題。
The noodles used in this dish are slightly wider than typical Yang Chun 
noodles, and although they have a less delicate texture, they are more 
chewy. However, the serving size is quite generous, so it shouldn't be
 a problem to get full even with a small bowl.

湯頭部分是紅燒湯頭,稱不上濃郁嚐起來有點甜,還帶有一股淡淡的香
料香氣,感覺有點像花椒味。
The soup base is a red braised soup base, which cannot be described 
as rich and has a slightly sweet taste, with a hint of light spice aroma 
that feels somewhat like Sichuan peppercorn.

基本上這碗麵雖然湯頭部分也許應該再濃郁一點,但是大致上算是好吃
的。尤其是那四大塊半筋半肉的牛肉塊,其實很多200元以上的牛肉麵
的牛肉都還比不上說。花百元能有這樣的享受,這間的麵C/P值真的是破
表又爆表囉~下次來清水玩,記得不只有米糕可以吃,牛肉麵也是不錯的
選項喔!!
Overall, this bowl of noodles is considered delicious, although the broth 
could be a bit richer. Especially those four large pieces of beef, which are 
half tendon and half meat, are actually better than many beef noodles 
that cost over 200 NT. For just 100 NT, the value for money of this noodle 
shop is really off the charts. Next time you come to QingShui, remember 
that not only can you eat rice cakes, but beef noodles are also a good 
option!
