早有耳聞清水這邊有一家臭豆腐,點一盤臭豆腐可以讓你吃到飽。前兩個禮拜臨時起意跑了趟清水,結果運氣實在太好老闆休息,後來只好怒吃旁邊轉角的古早味排隊肉圓,那天三人記得花了 180 元。
昨天中午起床,心裡還是掛念著這家沒有讓我吃到的臭豆腐。雖然清水離市區真的不近,還是約了我兩個特助一起衝。還好這次到了門口發現老闆沒有休息,正常營業中。那就趕快一起來看看這家網友口中,超神、超狂的傳奇臭豆腐店吧!

I had long heard about a stinky tofu shop in Qingshui where ordering one plate could fill you up completely. A couple of weeks ago, I made an impromptu trip there, but my luck was so "good" that the owner was taking a day off. Yesterday, still thinking about the stinky tofu I missed, I grabbed my two assistants and headed back. Luckily, they were open this time. Let's take a look at this legendary shop that netizens rave about!
明亮整潔的小店面
這家店店面不大,裡面約莫 5~6 桌左右。雖然不大,但是整家店看起來明亮整潔,算是相當舒服的用餐環境。醬料區設在入口處,瓶瓶罐罐都擦得相當乾淨。其實我覺得,如果一家店可以把環境衛生保持得很好,我相信他的料理也會有一定的水準。
牆上有菜單,不過沒有標價。看上面的資訊,原來老闆本來是在清水華南銀行旁邊擺攤的。點餐採劃單方式,單上面就有標價,吃完再買單。但我要真心提醒各位,價格真的僅供參考............
主角登場:多口味酥脆臭豆腐
今天的主角臭豆腐,店裡的口味很多,我們就點了三種來嚐嚐。一份是五片臭豆腐,售價 60 元。你不要以為他很貴,因為接下來繼續看下去,你會怕!
泡菜跟小黃瓜也給得不少,泡菜不錯吃。後來自己點的臭豆腐才開始吃,老闆又端上一盤六塊裝的臭豆腐,然後跟我們說這是他最近發明的新口味,叫做「麻油麻醬臭豆腐」,請我們試吃。賣的臭豆腐一份五塊,送的臭豆腐一份六塊,老闆你哪邊來的啊?佛心來的~~~~
傳說開始:老闆的瘋狂招待秀
其實拿著單找位置坐下,還在思考要怎麼點時,網路上傳言的「瘋狂招待」戲碼就已經上演了。
只見老闆先端來三碗粉圓冰,笑著說這他自己做的請我們吃。粉圓冰都還沒吃完,老闆又馬上端來自製的大腸麵線,滷汁都有入味,真的很好吃。隔壁桌點了肉燥意麵,老闆又順便煮了一碗招待我們;特製麻醬麵,也是老闆順便煮給我們吃的,免費!
炸牛蒡天婦羅我們沒有點,所以當然又是招待。吃臭豆腐招待水果,我相信全台灣只有這裡有吧!本來以為出柳丁招待已經很厲害了,沒想到柳丁還沒吃完,老闆又端上一盤削好的蘋果,還富士的也。
後來吃到快撐死了決定買單,三份臭豆腐總共 180 元。平平 180 元,怎麼上次才換到 6 顆小肉圓?別以為買完單一切就會劃上句點。太天真了...
因為我買完單時,老闆又端上三塊店裡獨家的「百香果臭豆腐」,接著又上了強調不加味精的「愛心香菇雞湯」,雞湯裡面有完整的香菇好幾朵,下料不手軟。你以為結束了?老闆又端上料比湯還多的「綜合湯」,裡面有超大顆的手工魚丸、貢丸跟當季蘿蔔。
最後老闆說這個鳳梨酥是拜過土地公的,吃了保平安,塞六個給我們。綜合湯喝不完拿去打包,結果他打包完,又拎了兩罐辣椒醬,說要送我們吃的....天哪!!!!!!感覺自己好像土匪,不過老闆真的是很誠意要請大家吃的說。
席間有跟老闆稍微聊,他說他以前在外面華南銀行擺攤只賣麵線跟臭豆腐,雖然大家排隊,但是幾乎天天都被檢舉。後來他有了店面,抱持著第一年不是要賺錢,應該是要廣結善緣的心態來經營。我想老闆看到把客人餵得嫑嫑的,而且大家都把東西吃光光,那種滿足跟驕傲,一樣身為料理人的我非常懂。

The legendary hospitality of this shop was no joke. You order a plate of stinky tofu for 60 NTD, and the owner would start bringing out free food non-stop: handmade tapioca ice, braised intestine vermicelli, minced pork noodles, sesame noodles, tempura, fresh fruits (oranges and Fuji apples), and even an exclusive passion fruit stinky tofu.
And it didn't end there! He would serve a loving mushroom chicken soup with no MSG, and a mixed soup filled with giant handmade fish balls and meatballs. Finally, he gave us pineapple cakes that had been blessed at the temple, and even two jars of his special chili sauce to take home. We felt like robbers, but the owner was genuinely happy to host everyone. He said he ran the shop not to make money in the first year, but to make friends and spread goodwill. As a chef myself, I completely understood his pride and satisfaction in seeing customers eat to their hearts' content.
