進口,也因此隨著牛肉價格居高不下,近幾年牛肉麵的價格也跟著水漲船
高。不過,在這種嚴峻的環境下,竟然還能吃到有著大塊牛肉的100元
牛肉麵,而且竟然還在台北市區,你相信嗎?
Beef noodles are one of Taiwan's most representative dishes. However, since Taiwan's domestic beef production is limited, most of it has to be imported. As a result, with the price of beef remaining high, the cost of beef noodles has also risen significantly in recent years. Yet, in such a challenging environment, you can still find beef noodles with large chunks of beef for just 100 NTD, and surprisingly, it's even in downtown Taipei. Can you believe it?

是兄弟,後來各自分家各有各的客群。

推薦的一家。因為當天想說一家一家慢慢吃,所以小吳就改天再專程找
時間去吃看看~
This Xiao Wu Beef Noodles shop has recently been highly recommended online. According to many, it is currently the most worth-trying spot on Luoyang Street. Since I planned to try the restaurants one by one that day, I decided to set aside another day to specifically visit Xiao Wu and give it a try!
接著就是今天的主角富宏牛肉麵,我其實很久以前有來吃過,但是說真
的味道已經久到有點忘記了。查了一下之前的資料,當時來富宏還是雙
店面,這次去發現隔壁也自創品牌了,雖然還是賣牛肉麵。
Next up is today's main feature: Fuhong Beef Noodles. I actually came here to eat a long time ago, but honestly, it's been so long that I've kind of forgotten the taste. After checking some old information, I found that Fuhong used to occupy two storefronts. This time, I noticed that the neighboring shop has since created its own brand, though it’s still selling beef noodles.
店裡的品項就是一般的外省牛肉麵店,除了主力牛肉麵、牛雜麵之外,
如果不吃牛的來有麻醬麵、水餃、魯肉乾麵等等可以選擇。
桌上的牛油、酸菜、辣椒隨便你加,建議先吃原味湯頭再加料。
The menu in the shop is similar to that of a typical Mainland-style beef noodle shop. Besides the signature beef noodles and beef offal noodles, there are other options for those who don't eat beef, such as sesame paste noodles, dumplings, and braised pork dry noodles.
桌上的牛油、酸菜、辣椒隨便你加,建議先吃原味湯頭再加料。
The beef fat, pickled mustard greens, and chili on the table are there for you to add as you like. It's recommended to first try the original broth before adding any condiments.
桌上的白醋及鎮江香醋是在地小工廠生產的,玻璃瓶裝看起來很有懷舊感。
很讓人有種回到過去眷村時代的感覺。現在這種生產醬料、調味料的小工廠
已逐漸被工業化生產的產品取代,還能看到真的感覺很稀奇。
The white vinegar and Zhenjiang black vinegar on the table are produced by a small local factory, packaged in glass bottles that give off a nostalgic vibe. It really feels like stepping back into the era of old military dependents' villages. Nowadays, small factories producing sauces and seasonings like this are gradually being replaced by industrially manufactured products, so it's quite rare and special to still see them around.
店內用餐區配置如下,人多的時候併桌難免。另外值得注意的是這邊點
餐都是不特定店員幫大家用口頭點,雖然基本上出餐順序不太會錯,
但是送餐的時候因為大家點的東西都幾乎一樣,有時難免會送錯先後。

The dining area in the shop is arranged as follows: during busy times, sharing tables is inevitable. Another thing to note is that orders here are taken verbally by any available staff member, and while the order of serving is generally accurate, since most people order almost the same dishes, there are occasional mix-ups in the serving sequence.
牛肉麵小碗100元 店裡的麵有分大、中、小三種,我點的小碗其實也不
算小碗,大概一般牛肉麵店的正常規格。
A small bowl of beef noodles costs 100 NTD. The restaurant offers three portion sizes: large, medium, and small. I ordered the small bowl, which actually isn't that small—it’s about the standard size you'd find at most beef noodle shops.
牛肉採用的是帶筋的腱子肉,雖然一碗才100元,但是大塊滷牛肉可是
給足六大塊。姑且先不論口感風味,光這個價位給這個肉量,老闆就已
經超佛了~
The beef used is tendon-rich shank meat. Even though the bowl is only 100 NTD, it comes with six generous chunks of braised beef. Regardless of the taste or texture, just considering the price and the amount of meat provided, the owner is already incredibly generous!
麵條在店裡有細麵跟刀削麵兩種選擇,不過這邊的細麵跟我們印象中的
白細麵不太一樣,他們的細麵竟然跟烏龍麵一樣粗。雖然說吃起來跟烏
龍麵口感不一樣,但這邊的牛肉麵店細麵好像都長這樣。
The restaurant offers two types of noodles: thin noodles and knife-cut noodles. However, the thin noodles here are quite different from the white, slender noodles we usually imagine. Surprisingly, their thin noodles are as thick as udon. Although the texture is different from udon, it seems that the thin noodles at this beef noodle shop all look like this.
最後可以再依自己喜歡的口味用桌上的調味料做調整,我個人是認為在
台北市,能夠用100元吃到這樣真材實料的牛肉麵真的很不容易。最後這
一點雖然純屬個人喜好問題,但如果店裡也能使用一般的白細麵,我覺
得這一碗會更好吃~

Finally, you can adjust the flavor to your liking using the condiments on the table. Personally, I think that being able to enjoy such an authentic and hearty bowl of beef noodles for just 100 NTD in Taipei is truly rare. One last point, though this is purely a matter of personal preference, I feel that if the shop offered regular thin white noodles, this bowl would taste even better!
