上回搭松島海上纜車過海到岩南公園端,因為人生地不熟錯過這個美味。
我還記得那次還是離開後,朋友問我有沒有去吃烤貝,我才知道還有這種
地方。這回再度搭纜車過海,快靠岸前就開始注意,果然以上帝視角確認
有這一整排店可以吃。
Last time, when I took the Songdo Marine Cable Car across the sea to Iwanam Park, I missed out on this delicious experience because I wasn’t familiar with the area. I still remember that it wasn’t until after I left that a friend asked if I had tried the grilled shellfish, and that’s when I learned about this spot. This time, taking the cable car across the sea again, I started paying attention as we approached the landing. Sure enough, from a bird’s-eye view, I spotted the whole row of restaurants waiting to be explored.
從纜車站下山,大約走了十來分鐘就可以來到底下的汽車停車場。而這一
大牌都是烤貝餐廳,每家其實都大同小異,價位也差不多,隨便選一間都
可以。
最後我們選了第二家叫做은실이네的攤位,因為門口招呼客人的小姐姐

比較年輕漂亮,其他店都是阿珠媽比較多~
In the end, we chose the second stall called 은실이네 (Eunsil's Place) because the young lady welcoming customers at the entrance was younger and prettier, whereas most of the other stalls were run by ajummas (middle-aged women).
店裡的貝類不管是扇貝、牛奶貝、鮑魚、貽貝等等都是活體,都在水缸
裡等大家點用啊~
Shellfish in the store, whether it is scallops, milk shellfish, abalone, mussels and so on are live, all in the tank. They're all in the tank waiting for you to order them.
當場活體現開的扇貝,每一個的尺寸都挺大的,我想全世界應該沒有其
他的會比這種更新鮮吧!
The scallops that were opened on the spot were all quite large in size, and I don't think there is any other scallop in the world that is as fresh as this one.I don't think there is any other scallop in the world that is fresher than this one!
每一家的用餐區都差不多長這樣,位置沒有很多空間也不大。如果是
客滿狀態加上隔壁桌韓國人有喝酒,基本上現場會挺吵的,不喜歡吵
鬧的人想來要三思一下,不然就是找比較沒有人的店家用餐,反正每
家品質跟價位應該都差不多。
The dining area of every restaurant is almost like this, not a lot of space and not much space. If the restaurant is full plus the next table of Koreans are drinking, basically the scene will be quite noisy.If you don't like noise, you should think twice about it, or you can just look for a restaurant that is less crowded, and the quality and price of each restaurant should be the same anyway.The quality and price of each restaurant should be similar.
來到韓國吃韓式餐食一定有小菜,這家的小菜很陽春,不辣的泡菜、
水煮玉米還有兩片鳳梨罐頭,這是我在韓國走跳那麼久看過最陽春的。
不過說真的,來這種店吃飯,小菜本來就不是重點。
When dining in Korea, you can always expect side dishes with your meal. However, the side dishes here are quite simple—non-spicy kimchi, boiled corn, and two slices of canned pineapple. This is probably the simplest side dish selection I’ve encountered in all my time exploring Korea. But honestly, when you come to a place like this, the side dishes aren’t really the focus anyway.
大蔥煮貽貝牛奶貝,原汁原味的湯頭超級鮮美,冷天喝起來暖呼呼的。

我們點這一套是搭配豬肉的,一套60000韓元,東西真的挺多的,兩個
小鳥胃的人真的會飽到天靈蓋。整套餐除了海鮮之外,都不是等級很高
的食材,反正韓國人來這邊吃通常都是來喝酒,吃什麼不是重點!
We ordered this set with pork, a set of 60,000 won, things really quite a lot, two small bird stomach people will really be full to the sky. The whole set of meals, except for seafood, are not very high grade ingredients, anyway, Koreans come here to eat is usually to drink, what to eat is not the point!
切好的活章魚上桌的時候還會動、活鮑魚切片生食超級脆超級甜、海鞘

The freshly cut live octopus was still moving when it was served, the live abalone sliced for sashimi was incredibly crunchy and sweet, and sea squirts, a common fresh seafood delicacy in Busan, can be found almost everywhere.
韓式辣醬烤海螺肉,記得沒錯裡面應該還有花枝或魷魚肉塊,然後搭配
洋蔥。調味方面就是很簡單,應該就是一般韓國市面上都很容易可以買
到的辣醬。
Grilled conch meat with Korean chili sauce, and I believe there also squid should be in it, and then served with onions. The seasoning is very simple, and it's probably the same spicy sauce that is readily available in Korea.
這一串是一整隻的小章魚,應該有稍微燙熟,烤一下就能吃。

義大利麵撒上超量起司來做焗烤,這一道雖然很肥,但是這種陰陰冷冷
風很大偶爾又飄點雨的天氣,吃幾口真的是超級舒服的啦。
Pasta topped with an excessive amount of cheese and baked into a gratin—though it's definitely indulgent, in this kind of chilly, gloomy, and windy weather with occasional drizzles, taking a few bites of this dish feels incredibly comforting!
新鮮現開的活扇貝,兩人套餐有6隻,可以加點湯直烤吃鮮味也可以加
起司焗烤吃。當然活體現開,想直接當生魚片吃也是可以啦。不過吃生
食前,請先衡量自己的胃腸承受程度,畢竟出門在外找廁所也不簡單,
哈哈哈哈~
Freshly opened live scallops, there are 6 of them in the set for two people, you can add some soup and bake them for fresh flavor or add baked with cheese.
