來到釜山松島搭纜車過海,千萬不要錯過纜車站底下停車場這一大排烤貝大排檔喔~ 非假日時間前往,店裡面幾乎都是韓國在地的酒客,這樣踩雷的機會就不大了!入門款套餐大約韓幣六萬元左右,滿滿一大桌其實蠻划算的。如果想直接來這邊,從南浦洞搭公車也可以直達唷⋯⋯

When visiting Busan's Songdo and taking the cable car across the sea, be sure not to miss the long row of grilled shellfish stalls under the cable car station's parking lot! If you go during non-holiday hours, the shops are mostly filled with local Korean diners, making it less likely to be a disappointment. The basic set menu costs around 60,000 KRW, offering a table full of food that’s actually quite worth it. If you want to come directly here, you can also take a bus from Nampo-dong for a direct ride!
1. 松島纜車站下的隱藏美味
上回搭松島海上纜車過海到岩南公園端,因為人生地不熟錯過了這個美味。這回再度搭纜車過海,快靠岸前就開始注意,果然以上帝視角確認有這一整排店可以吃。從纜車站下山,大約走了十來分鐘就可以來到底下的汽車停車場。這整排都是烤貝餐廳,每家大同小異。最後我們選了第二家叫做은실이네的攤位,因為門口招呼客人的小姐姐比較年輕漂亮,其他店都是阿珠媽比較多~

Last time, when I took the Songdo Marine Cable Car across the sea to Iwanam Park, I missed out on this delicious experience. This time, taking the cable car across the sea again, I spotted the whole row of restaurants waiting to be explored. From the cable car station, it's about a ten-minute walk to the parking lot below. In the end, we chose the second stall called 은실이네 (Eunsil's Place) because the young lady welcoming customers at the entrance was younger and prettier.
2. 水缸裡的活跳跳海鮮
店裡的貝類不管是扇貝、牛奶貝、鮑魚、貽貝等等都是活體,都在水缸裡等大家點用。當場活體現開的扇貝,每一個的尺寸都挺大的,我想全世界應該沒有其他的會比這種更新鮮吧!
每一家的用餐區都差不多長這樣,空間不大。如果客滿加上隔壁桌韓國人有喝酒,現場會挺吵的,不喜歡吵鬧的人想來要三思一下,或是找比較沒有人的店家用餐。

Shellfish in the store, whether it is scallops, milk clams, abalone, mussels and so on are live in the tank. The scallops that were opened on the spot were all quite large in size. I don't think there is any other scallop in the world that is fresher than this one! The dining area is not very large. If the restaurant is full plus the next table of Koreans are drinking, basically the scene will be quite noisy.
3. 超澎湃雙人海鮮套餐
來到韓國吃飯一定有小菜,這家的小菜很陽春,不辣的泡菜、水煮玉米還有兩片鳳梨罐頭。不過說真的,來這種店吃飯,小菜本來就不是重點。大蔥煮貽貝牛奶貝,原汁原味的湯頭超級鮮美,冷天喝起來暖呼呼的。
我們點這一套是搭配豬肉的,一套 60,000 韓元,東西真的挺多的,兩個小鳥胃的人真的會飽到天靈蓋。整套餐除了海鮮之外,都不是等級很高的食材,反正韓國人來這邊吃通常都是來喝酒,吃什麼不是重點!
切好的活章魚上桌的時候還會動、活鮑魚切片生食超級脆超級甜、海鞘在釜山市相當普遍。還有韓式辣醬烤海螺肉搭配洋蔥,調味就是很容易買到的辣醬風味。

When dining in Korea, you can always expect side dishes. The side dishes here are quite simple. Green onions cooked with mussels and milk clams create a broth that's incredibly fresh. We ordered this set with pork for 60,000 KRW, and it is a lot of food. The freshly cut live octopus was still moving when served, the live abalone sliced for sashimi was incredibly crunchy, and sea squirts are a common delicacy in Busan.
4. 焗烤起司與鮮美大扇貝
這一串是一整隻的小章魚,稍微燙熟烤一下就能吃。
這三隻烤好的天使紅蝦可以直接吃,只可惜鮮度不太理想,朋友吃一隻之後就叫我別吃了。另外,義大利麵撒上超量起司來做焗烤,這一道雖然很肥,但是這種陰陰冷冷風很大偶爾又飄點雨的天氣,吃幾口真的是超級舒服的啦。
新鮮現開的活扇貝,兩人套餐有 6 隻,可以加點湯直烤吃鮮味也可以加起司焗烤吃。當然活體現開,想直接當生魚片吃也是可以啦。不過吃生食前,請先衡量自己的胃腸承受程度,畢竟出門在外找廁所也不簡單,哈哈哈哈~

This skewer features a whole small octopus. The grilled Argentine red shrimp were large, but unfortunately, the freshness was less than ideal. Pasta topped with an excessive amount of cheese and baked into a gratin—taking a few bites of this dish feels incredibly comforting in chilly weather! Freshly opened live scallops, there are 6 in the set for two, you can bake them for fresh flavor or add cheese.
