這家店就位於進化北路國校巷斜對面郵局旁邊,每天早上八點半賣到
下午六點左右,全年無休。
This shop is located diagonally across from the alley near Jinhua North Road Elementary School, right next to the post office. It operates daily from 8:30 AM to around 6:00 PM and is open year-round.
用餐環境就在騎樓下面,基本上就是個路邊攤。不過這種小吃,坐在路邊
用餐真的有另外一種說不出接地氣的感覺。

內餡是用胛心肉做成的五香肉餡,另外搭配了筍丁增加口感。

榨菜麵線45元 榨菜肉絲麵大家很熟悉,但是放到麵線上面可就很稀有了。
因為一般的麵線糊不是放肉羹就是放蚵仔,榨菜口味真的很少見。麵線糊
本身的絲滑,配上榨菜本身爽脆的口感,竟然一點都不違和。

While most people are familiar with pickled mustard greens and shredded pork noodles, it's quite rare to see this combination on vermicelli soup. Typically, vermicelli soup is topped with meat paste or oysters, making the zha cai flavor a real novelty. The smooth, silky texture of the vermicelli pairs surprisingly well with the crisp and crunchy texture of the pickled mustard greens, creating a surprisingly harmonious combination!
柴魚高湯打底,微微的沙茶味,湯頭吃起來鮮甜清爽。
The base is made with bonito broth, carrying a subtle hint of satay flavor. The soup tastes fresh, sweet, and light.
