BBQ 炸雞以使用橄欖油炸製聞名,這不僅讓炸雞更加香脆,還突出了健
康飲食的理念。所以在韓國bbq的招牌上是寫bbq OLIVE CHICKEN。
不過海外版好像都只有寫bbq,可能成本考量並不像本土採用橄欖油。

海雲台這家分店並不是街邊店,所以要消費必須從一旁樓梯上二樓。

這家分店的內用空間長這樣,燈光色調採暖色系,感覺就像回到自己家
一樣的溫馨感。在韓國,炸雞跟啤酒基本上是唇齒相依的關係,所以想
要大口吃肉大口喝啤酒,隨便走進去一家賣炸雞的店都能滿足你。當然,
依照各國法律規定為準,未成年請不要偷喝酒喔。

因為餐點都是現點現炸,所以點完餐後要大概等候約20分鐘左右。

來韓國買炸雞一般人可能會被一個問題困擾,那就是這邊幾乎都以整隻
雞的量來出餐。也就是說,那邊賣炸雞並不像我們在台灣可以買散裝的
一人份這樣。也因為這樣,所以外帶都是這樣一大盒,然後會附上一瓶
百事可樂、一份蘿蔔泡菜還有胡椒鹽跟兩款沾醬。
When buying fried chicken in Korea, many people might encounter a common issue: chicken here is almost always served in whole-chicken portions. In other words, unlike in Taiwan, where you can buy single-serving portions, fried chicken in Korea typically comes as a large box of chicken. Because of this, takeout orders usually include one large box of chicken along with a bottle of Pepsi, a portion of pickled radish, some pepper salt, and two dipping sauces.

拌進去。所以先吃原味,在自行依照喜好沾醬食用,買一次多種享受。
