我想非火鍋類莫屬。今天要跟大家介紹的這家,基本上就等於在田中間
的店,要不是熟門熟路的朋友帶,我真的會懷疑這種地方吃得到羊肉爐?

Today, I want to introduce you to a restaurant that’s basically located in the middle of a field. If it weren’t for a well-informed friend leading the way, I would have seriously doubted that you could find lamb hot pot in such a remote place!

雖然很多桌子沒有坐人,但其實餐廳正處於客滿狀態你相信嗎?大家可以
觀察一下雖然桌邊沒人,但是中間的爐子也不是空的,反而每個空桌都一
定有一鍋羊肉爐正小火滾著。其實這是因為餐廳所在地真的很偏遠,加上
會來這邊吃的顧客基本上都是老饕熟客。所以,很多人都是先打電話來預
約並表示差不多的到店時間,店家收單後就會看情況先幫客人把羊肉爐熱
著,這樣客人一到店可以馬上吃,不需要再等待了~
Although many tables appear unoccupied, the restaurant is actually fully booked—can you believe it? If you take a closer look, even though there are no diners sitting at the tables, the hotpots in the middle of the tables are not empty either. In fact, every seemingly vacant table has a pot of lamb stew simmering gently over a small flame.
This is because the restaurant is located in a very remote area, and most of the customers who come here are regulars or food enthusiasts. As a result, many people call ahead to make reservations and specify their approximate arrival time. Once the restaurant receives their orders, they start heating the lamb hotpots in advance based on the expected arrival time. This way, customers can begin eating immediately upon arrival without having to wait.

基本上翻桌率算高喔。
Walking into another dining area, you’ll realize that the restaurant is truly packed. Even though it’s located in such a remote area, the table turnover rate is actually quite high!

Lamb hot pot is the restaurant's signature dish and also the only hot pot option available. The additional items you can order are quite fixed as well. For example, would you dare to try lamb eyes?
店裡還有提供一些羊肉類的熱炒,不過我們這天只吃鍋,所以沒有點來
吃。看看菜單裡的品項,基本上整隻羊可以從頭吃到尾,什麼部位都有~
The restaurant also offers a variety of stir-fried lamb dishes, but on this visit, we only had hot pot, so we didn’t order any. Looking at the menu, you’ll see that you can basically eat an entire lamb from head to tail—they have all kinds of cuts and parts!
羊肉爐每份700元,湯頭採用藥膳的方式製作,所以整個空間裡面都是
這種淡淡的藥膳羊肉香。冷冷的天氣,整個室內空間瀰漫著羊肉湯的蒸
氣,一整個讓人都暖呼呼了起來。
Each serving of lamb hot pot is priced at 700 NTD. The broth is made using a medicinal herb recipe, so the entire space is filled with a light, aromatic scent of herbal lamb soup. On a cold day, the steam from the lamb soup fills the indoor space, creating a cozy and warm atmosphere that makes you feel completely comforted.
香煎麵線100元 煎麵線是彰化海線常見的特色小吃,也是將傳統麵線重
新變化的一種方式。它的製作方法通常是將煮好的麵線進行煎製,讓外
表形成一層金黃色、酥脆的外皮,內部依然保持麵線的軟嫩,是來到彰
化海線必吃的一種小吃。公館羊肉爐的版本,外表金黃酥脆,裡頭還是
鬆軟的口感。麵線自帶的鹹味,在香煎之後更增添了少許自然的鹹香。
Pan-Fried Vermicelli - NT$100
Pan-fried vermicelli is a common specialty snack along the coastal areas of Changhua. It represents a creative twist on traditional vermicelli. The preparation method usually involves pan-frying cooked vermicelli to form a golden, crispy outer layer while keeping the inside soft and tender. It's a must-try snack when visiting the coastal regions of Changhua.
The version served at Gongguan Lamb Hotpot features a golden, crispy exterior with a soft and fluffy texture inside. The natural salty flavor of the vermicelli is enhanced through pan-frying, adding a subtle yet delightful savory aroma.
火鍋必備豆皮、精靈菇都是一份50元。原本炸得香脆的豆皮,放進羊肉爐
裡麵煮過之後瞬間吸飽湯汁,變成柔軟帶勁超好吃。

Originally fried to a crispy perfection, the tofu skin transforms into a soft yet delightfully chewy texture after being simmered in the lamb hotpot, soaking up all the rich broth flavors and becoming incredibly delicious.
現地生產種植的白蘆筍,每份150元,火鍋店新鮮白蘆筍列為常備菜,
我長這麼倒是第一次看到。
Locally Grown White Asparagus - NT$150 per serving
Freshly cultivated white asparagus is a staple ingredient at this hot pot restaurant. It's listed as one of the regular menu items, but this is my first time ever seeing it in such a setting!
稍微下鍋涮個幾秒鐘,約7分熟的白蘆筍又脆又香甜。
Simply swish it in the hot pot for a few seconds, and the white asparagus, cooked to about 70% doneness, becomes delightfully crisp and naturally sweet.
茼蒿大份100元,說也奇怪這個別名打老婆菜的冬季時蔬,放到火鍋裡煮
就是百搭對味。
A large portion of crown daisy (茼蒿) is priced at 100 NTD. Interestingly, this winter vegetable, also nicknamed "wife-beating greens" (打老婆菜), pairs perfectly with hot pot. No matter what, it’s always a versatile and flavorful addition when cooked in the broth.
鍋裡的羊肉都是採用當日現宰的台灣土羊,因為如果客人預約店家都會
在客人還在路上的時候就先幫忙把鍋燒熱預滾,所以到店的時候吃到的
就是熟度剛好、軟硬適中的羊肉。羊肉處理得完全沒有腥羶味,湯頭也
相當的鮮美。這也可以解釋為何大家都願意大老遠,來到這個荒郊野外

The lamb used in the hot pot is all freshly butchered Taiwanese native lamb, prepared on the same day. If customers make a reservation, the restaurant will start preheating and boiling the pot while the guests are still on their way. This ensures that by the time they arrive, the lamb is cooked to perfection, with just the right texture – tender yet firm. The lamb is expertly prepared, leaving no trace of gaminess, and the broth is incredibly flavorful. This explains why people are willing to travel all the way to this remote spot just to enjoy this delicious lamb hot pot!
