台中小吃百花齊放，其中「傳老牌香菇肉羹」可說是經典之一。

位於綠川畔的這家店，已經在當地屹立數十年，以濃郁的羹湯、彈牙的

麵條和豐富的滷味，成為不少老饕的心頭好。這次，我特地來到綠川店，

品嘗這碗傳承多年的滋味。

「傳老牌香菇肉羹」綠川店的環境靠近綠川的用餐空間，帶有一股濃厚的

懷舊氣息。坐在店裡，聞著飄來的羹湯香，望著川畔風景，彷彿時光倒流，

回到那純樸溫暖的年代。

What makes the Lüchuan branch particularly charming is its setting. Nestled near the picturesque canal, the dining space exudes a nostalgic ambiance. Sitting inside, savoring the aroma of the broth while gazing at the serene view of the canal, feels like stepping back in time to a simpler, warmer era.

主角香菇肉羹麵，搭配Q彈的麵條和滑嫩的肉羹，湯底以香菇的鮮甜為

乾柴，帶著淡淡的醬香，搭配湯底恰到好處。而香菇的加入，更為湯頭
