睽違三年,冰箱終於又踏上日本東京這塊土地。這回住宿依舊選擇下塌方便的新宿地區,也承蒙日籍友人豊島跟TIGER親自到機場幫我接風。飯店CHECK-IN後沒多久,飢腸轆轆的TIGER加上愛吃鬼的冰箱我隨即在附近找東西吃。

吉野家新品牌:牛皿一丁
雖然說我已經三年沒有再來過東京,但是來到這邊當然美食雷達火力全開。像這家牛皿一丁,就在我飯店隔壁走路沒幾步。走到門口發現裝潢還滿有質感的,仔細一看招牌上面還寫著"吉野家"。
後來發現,原來這個地方以前就是吉野家西新宿八丁目店,後來可能為了推出這個新的牛皿品牌,才重新改造而成。這家店有多新? 連我在地日本人朋友都不知道~XD

I spotted "Gyusara Iccho" right next to my hotel. It looked stylish, but the sign said "Yoshinoya". Turns out, this is a new brand by Yoshinoya, renovated from an old store. It's so new that even my local friends didn't know about it!
店內環境與菜單
店內座位採吧檯方式規劃,座位數不多,全部坐滿也不到20人。
店裡有套餐有單點,套餐計價方式是以肉的等級跟皿數去做計算。最後我跟友人都直接點店裡最貴的,吃得到黑毛和牛等三種等級的肉,也不過980円,還含稅喔!
紅甜薑是一大碗不怕你吃,另外還有這種小顆的鹹梅,也是無限量供應,光配這個冰箱就可以嗑掉一大碗飯。

The interior has counter seats only. The menu offers sets based on meat quality and quantity. We ordered the most expensive set featuring Kuroge Wagyu for only 980 yen (tax included)! Pickled ginger and salty plums are all-you-can-eat.
重ね牛皿御膳:三種牛肉一次滿足
重ね牛皿御膳三枚盛り (980円)
每套餐都有一大碗香噴噴的白米飯,另外還有附上一顆生雞蛋,不論是打散拿來沾肉,或是直接放在白飯上配著吃都可以。
牛皿(一般等級): 這個肉的等級就是一般吉野家牛肉丼所採用的。利用類似壽喜燒的醬汁去煮牛肉及洋蔥。吃的時候沾些蛋液,口感會較滑潤。
牛皿別選(高級版): 這款肉肥瘦比例各半,光看賣相就比剛剛那款來得優,吃起來的口感也更美味。

The set (980 yen) includes rice, a raw egg, and three plates of beef. First is the standard beef (same as Yoshinoya's beef bowl), cooked sukiyaki style. Second is the "Bessen" (Special Selection), which has a better fat-to-meat ratio and tastes richer. Dipping the meat in raw egg makes it incredibly smooth.
頂級體驗:黑毛和牛的滋味
牛皿別格(黑毛和牛): 這是店裡最頂級的牛肉。為了方便識別,別格等級還多加了兩片豌豆莢。這肉吃起來口感軟嫩,肥瘦適中,可以吃到牛肉本身最天然的甜味,真的來這邊,只要花少少的錢,就能享用到頂級黑毛和牛的滋味喔!
附湯是海菜味噌湯。全部掃盤清光光,真心覺得這樣只要980円真的好吃又超值。雖然吉野家個人是不會去吃,但是這個全新品牌跟新創的吃法,真的讓冰箱這次來日本,對吉野家的料理刮目相看喔!

The top tier is "Bekkaku" (Extra Special), featuring Kuroge Wagyu. It's incredibly tender and sweet. For this price, it's a steal! This new brand really changed my impression of Yoshinoya. Highly recommended if you visit Tokyo!
