賣手工肉包的店。其實這家店以前是我不小心發現的一家好吃快餐,特
別是他們的牛肉飯真的很美味。只是有次開車想再來吃個中式快餐,卻
赫然發現已經變成包子店了。說真的一開始覺得有點可惜,不過吃了他
們家的肉包之後,塞翁失馬焉知非福啊!!!

introduce a shop that sells handmade meat buns. Actually, I accidentally discovered
this delicious fast food place before, especially their beef rice, which is truly delicious.
However, when I drove there one day, hoping to have some Chinese fast food, I was
surprised to find that it had become a baozi (steamed bun) shop. Honestly, I felt a little
disappointed at first, but after trying their meat buns, I realized that sometimes blessings
come in disguise!

店名還是用仁山,查了有限資料發現,這家店跟以前快餐店還是同老闆
所以店名沿用,然後大里益民路也有一家仁山肉包,聽說是第二代開的。
The name of the store remains as "Ren Shan," as I found limited information indicating
that this new store is still owned by the same proprietor as the previous fast-food restaurant.
Additionally, there is another Ren Shan Meat Bun shop located on Yi Min Road in Dali,
which is said to be opened by the second generation.

包子皮是經過發酵的,吃起來口感蓬鬆。裡頭的肉餡用料實在,咬開後
幾乎跟包子皮沒有什麼空隙。

這肉的口感相當紮實,沒有湯汁,不過肉的口感吃起來有點像吃香腸的
感覺,相當有趣。基本上這顆$13(2018.05)的包子,吃完相當滿意,豬肉
也不會像鹿港排隊店吃起來有臭臭的羶味,也不像第二市場一顆肉包賣到
嚇死人的$35元(2018.05)。據說這是老闆家族祖傳的包子,謝謝開店分享

The texture of this meat is quite firm, without any soup inside, but the texture of the meat
itself is somewhat similar to eating sausage, which is quite interesting. Overall, I am very
satisfied after eating this $13 (May 2018) steamed bun. The pork doesn't have that
unpleasant smell like the ones from the famous queuing store in Lugang, nor is it priced
ridiculously high like the $35 (May 2018) meat buns in the Second Market. It is said that
these buns are a traditional recipe passed down in the owner's family. Thank you for sharing
