你有在西裝店裡吃過霸丸的經驗嗎?其實在我們西區向上市場這，就有一家

是這樣子的唷。

market called Xiqu Shang Market in the West District, there is a place like that.

其實也不是真的在西裝店裡面吃東西，只是店址以前是開西裝店的。我也

不知道是店家本身的事業，還事前房客搬走沒有拆招牌?反正現在大家還是

可以在這家掛著美帥西服權威招牌的肉圓店裡吃肉圓配麵線。

Actually, it's not really eating in a suit shop, it's just that the address used to be a suit 

shop. I don't know if it was the same business or if the previous tenant moved out

without removing the sign. Anyway, now everyone can still enjoy meatballs and noodle 

soup in this shop with the "Mushih Suit Authority" sign hanging outside.

營業時間從早上11點到晚上7點半，勉強涵蓋早、午、晚三餐、以及下午茶~

Our operating hours are from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM, providing meals for breakfast,

 lunch, dinner, and afternoon tea.

簡簡單單的一家店，看來是家族成員共同經營。然後跟大家說，往店裡面

看的方向，真的有民國70年代西裝店留下的老裝潢，真的讓人超懷念的，

雖然這種裝潢我是聽長輩講過的......XD

A simple little shop, it seems to be jointly run by family members. And let me tell you, 

as you look inside the store, you can see the old decor left behind from a 1980s suit 

shop. It really brings back nostalgic memories, even though I only heard about this

kind of decor from older relatives... XD

桌上調味料有三種，胡椒粉、烏醋及辣蘿蔔乾。

There are three condiments on the table: black pepper, black vinegar, and spicy dried 

radish.

看到這一味，就讓我想到篤行路很不常開的老蔡大麵羹，他們家的辣蘿蔔乾

也是一絕唷~

When I see this description, it reminds me of Lao Cai's Da Mian Geng, a restaurant 

that is not frequently mentioned. Their spicy radish strips are also extraordinary!

這家店其實也是看很久才走進來，既然來了就一次攻頂吧，反正全部百元

有找!

This shop is actually one I've been observing for a long time before walking in. Since

I'm here, let's go all out and try everything, after all, everything is priced around 100 

NTD.

肉圓($35) 點餐的時候會問大家要不要加辣，現在的甜麵醬大部分的店家

都不會再加色素讓他看起來變粉紅色的，白色比較健康。辣椒部分也是店

家自己加粉煮過，有點像清水米糕的辣醬。

When ordering meatballs ($35), you will be asked if you want to add spice. Nowadays,

most shops no longer add food coloring to the sweet sauce, so it appears white instead 

of pink, which is considered healthier. The chili part is also prepared by the shops 

themselves, cooked with chili powder, similar to the spicy sauce used in plain rice cakes.

內餡是加筍丁的五香肉餡，肉餡吃起來清甜還不賴。

The filling is a five-spice meat filling with diced bamboo shoots, and the meat filling 

tastes mildly sweet and quite good.

肉圓皮雖然我們台中的版本也是源自彰化肉圓，但是跟彰化口感不太一樣，

因為番薯粉的比例較高，所以吃起來會比較Q彈，也比較透明。彰化原版的

則是米漿成本較純，會比較有飽足感。

Although the meatball wrappers we have in Taichung are also derived from Changhua's version, they have a slightly different texture. This is because the ratio of sweet potato 

starch is higher, making them chewier and more translucent. The original Changhua

version, on the other hand, has a purer rice flour base, providing a more satisfying 

sensation when eaten.

綜合麵線Mixed Vermicelli Soup (Small 小$45)

綜合顧名思義就是所有料都上來，裡頭有鮮蚵、肉羹及大腸。不過他們家

大腸跟SOGO那邊那家一樣剪得很細，吃起來口感不太過癮啦!

The  Mixed Vermicelli Soup refers to a dish that includes various ingredients. In 

this　case, it includes fresh oysters, minced meat soup, and intestines. However, 

their intestines are cut very finely, just like the ones at the restaurant near SOGO, 

and　the texture is not very satisfying when eaten.

還記得剛剛的辣蘿蔔乾嗎?這時候加到麵線裡一起吃就對了，別忘了烏醋跟

胡椒粉喔~

Remember the spicy dried radish we had earlier? Now it's time to add it to the noodle 

soup, don't forget the black vinegar and pepper!

綜合湯($20) 是的你沒看錯，這一碗料也挺多的綜合湯，真的就是20元一

碗，以現在市場行情來說，真的有給他佛心到啦!全部吃下來90元，給一百

還找10元，重點是他位於很熱鬧的向上市場附近，可不是鄉下唷~

Mixed Soup ($20) Yes, you read it right, this bowl of mixed soup is indeed priced at 

$20. Considering the current market situation, it's truly a bargain! You can devour the 

whole thing for $90, give them $100, and still get $10 back. The best part is, it's located 

near the bustling Xiangshang Market, not in the countryside.
