[彰化小吃][鹿港505] 草港飲食店-一週只開五六日，好多人叫我不要寫，哈哈哈!(彰化美食 彰化旅遊)

話說省道台 17 線這條濱海公路，其實沿途人煙稀少。不過，可別覺得這種窮鄉僻壤就不會存在厲害的美食。今天要帶大家來的這家，就是當年到處找好吃豬腳時意外被我發現到的店。它很偏僻，在彰化草港，你聽過嗎？

The Coastal Highway, Provincial Highway 17, is actually quite sparsely populated. However, don't think that there is no amazing food in such remote areas. The place I'm taking you today is a shop I accidentally discovered years ago while searching for the best pig's feet. It's located in a very secluded spot in Caogang, Changhua. Have you ever heard of it?

• 一週僅開三天：老闆賺錢是為了遊山玩水，夠用就好的生活哲學。

攤子調理區每次開店準備的料都無敵多，真的很難想像這家店附近根本就沒有結市，可見慕名專程而來的客人佔大多數。鵝肉現點現切，因為我們到得早不用等，結果後來吃飽要走外面已經大排長龍。

傳說中一個禮拜只有開三天的店，本來好像開四天，結果老闆覺得太累所以少一天。我問老闆娘說不開店的時候在幹嘛？他回答很快說遊山玩水啊！賺錢不是為了生活，夠用就好的境界真棒！

The prep area is always overflowing with ingredients. It's hard to imagine that this shop, located in an area with almost no other businesses, attracts so many people. Most customers come here specifically. The goose is carved to order; we arrived early and didn't have to wait, but by the time we finished, there was a huge line outside.

This legendary shop only opens three days a week. They used to open four, but the owner decided it was too tiring. When asked what they do on the other four days, the owner's wife quickly replied, "Traveling!" It's an enviable philosophy—working just enough to enjoy life.

主食與涼拌：CP 值高到嚇死人

炒米粉 (兩份份量)

炒麵海鮮山

炒米粉/炒麵 (110元一份)：圖中的份量都是兩到三份炒在一起。220 元的炒米粉料超多，炒麵基本上已經是一座小的海鮮麵山了，非常誇張。

涼拌鴨掌 (100元)

涼拌風螺 (100元)

汆燙章魚 (100元)

這裡的涼拌菜一律 100 元，分量大到驚人。鴨掌讓你嚼到嘴巴酸，風螺打包回家還能配兩天酒。汆燙章魚灑上胡椒鹽，鮮度滿百，吃原味就很刷嘴。

靈魂招牌：滷豬腳與鹽水鵝肉

鹽水鵝肉 (時價)

滷豬腳 (60元/個)：這是與店家結緣的開始。豬腳在老滷汁裡面熟成，火候掌握得恰到好處，Q 彈入味。

鹽水鵝肉 (時價)：又油又香，很有鄉下親戚家「灶火大鍋」煮出來的味道。雖然是時價，但這家店真的沒什麼東西會讓你吃到破產，放心點就對了。

最後推薦這一碗**「臉盆海鮮湯」**，裝滿海鮮料只要 200 元！難怪很多人看我打卡叫我不要寫，他們擔心以後要等更久了吧！

The fried rice noodles and noodles are incredibly cheap, with massive portions for around 110 NTD. The braised pig's feet are a must-try, cooked perfectly in an old master brine. The saltwater goose is oily, fragrant, and reminiscent of traditional country cooking. Finally, the "washbasin" seafood soup is only 200 NTD and packed with fresh ingredients. No wonder locals want to keep this place a secret!
